How To make Maple Glazed Ribs
3 lb Pork spareribs, cut into
- serving size pieces 1 c Maple syrup
3 tb Orange juice concentrate
3 tb Ketchup
2 tb Soy sauce
1 tb Dijon mustard
1 tb Worcesterschire sauce
1 ts Curry powder
1 Garlic clove, minced
2 Green onions, minced
1 tb Sesame seeds, roasted
Place the ribs, meaty side up, on a rack in a greased 13"x9"x2" baking pan. Cover pan tightly with foil. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Meanwhile, combine the next nine ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat; simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain ribs; remove rack and return ribs to pan. Cover with sauce. Bake, uncovered, for 35 minutes, basting occasionally. Sprinkle with sesame seeds just before serving.

Ingredients:
4 lbs. pork spareribs
2/3 cup FRENCH'S® Tomato Ketchup
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup FRENCH'S ® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
3 Tbsp. FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Directions:
PREHEAT oven to 300°F. Place ribs in baking pan, cover and bake for 2 hours or until very tender.
MEANWHILE, combine remaining ingredients.
PREHEAT grill. Transfer ribs to grill. Grill ribs 15 minutes, brushing frequently with sauce mixture.
Tips:
Slow Cooker Method: Arrange ribs in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs.
Cook, covered, 4 to 6 hours on High or 8 to 10 hours on Low, until ribs are tender. Skim fat from sauce before serving.

INGREDIENTS:
0.57 kg ( approx. 1 & 1/4 lb) Side ribs with the silverskin removed from the underside*
2 tbsps maple syrup
Seasoning mix:
1 1/2 tsp Chili powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp Ginger powder
1 tsp onion powder
Steak seasoning to taste (you may use bbq spice, salt or meat Seasoning if you prefer)
Glaze/Sauce:
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1/4 cup apple juice
1/4 cup Jamaican Appleton Estate Rum
3 tbsps ketchup
2 tsps honey mustard
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp ginger powder
2 tsps apple cider vinegar
3 tsps Worsectershire sauce
Slurry (1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp apple juice) add slurry as needed
More Appleton rum if desired

*Sometimes your butcher will remove that thin membrane for you if you ask. The ribs will be cooked slow and long so if there's any silverskin left on there the slow cook will help with that so don't worry too much ???? Here's a video where I show how to remove the silverskin if you want to
