Citrus, garlic and oregano marinated lamb recipe from Waitrose
Great for the grill or the barbecue, this marinated lamb dish is perfect in any weather. Serve with a Sicilian red to heighten the flavours in the lamb. Delicious.

Yogurt-Marinated Lamb and Onion Stew
*Ingredients*
canned tomatoes, chili flakes, Cumin powder, garam masala, garlic, ginger, lamb chop, olive oil, onion, parsley, pepper, peppercorn, salt, sugar, vegetable oil, vegetable stock, yogurt
*Recipe*
Put the lamb loin cubes in a bowl.
Add the yogurt, garam masala, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix.
Put the diced onion in a bowl, along with ginger, garlic, sugar, cumin, white peppercorns, salt, and pepper. Drizzle the olive oil and give the mixture a good stir.
Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet and add the onion mixture.
Cook stirring often until the onion softens and turns golden.
Add the yogurt marinated meat.
Cook everything together until the lamb it's cooked through.
Add the canned tomatoes, mix, and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add the vegetable stock and parsley. Mix and simmer for a few more minutes, until the liquid reduces by half.
Serve warm, with toast!

Ingredients for Lamb Chops Recipe:
►2 lbs lamb rib chops (about 8 count)
►5 plump garlic cloves, pressed
►4 Tbsp olive oil, divided
►2 Tbsp fresh parsley, plus more for garnish (or use 2 tsp dried parsley)
►2 tsp Tabasco original red pepper sauce
►1 tsp salt, we used sea salt
►1 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
►1/4 tsp dried thyme
