How To make Midori Cheesecake
CRUST:
1 1/2 c Graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c Butter; melted
FILLING:
3 8-oz packages cream cheese
1 c Sugar
1/8 t Salt
4 Eggs
2 T Midori
TOPPING:
2 c Sour cream
1/4 c Sugar
2 t Midori
GLAZE:
1 c Midori
1 Package unflavored gelatin
Melon balls to cover caketop To make crust: Mix and pat crust ingredients into spring form pan, covering the bottom and sides part way up. For filling: Let cream cheese soften in large bowl. Blend in 1 cup sugar and salt, beat until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, blending well after each egg. Beat in Midori. Pour into crumb crust. Bake at 350 F for 50 minutes or until firm in center. Let stand 15 minutes. Reset oven to 450 F. Combine sour cream, sugar and Midori for topping. Pour onto cake. Bake another 10 minutes. For glaze: Bring Midori and gelatin to boil and cool until syrupy. Place melon balls on cake and spoon glaze over. Refrigerate and serve.

I found Midori in an online blogging platform called Medium. She is young but she is the most mature woman I ever knew. She talks openly about ANYTHING! Her sex articles really open my mind. Many won't talk about it because they assumed it is taboo and dirty so we suppressed it.
She wrote about trauma, her awakening journey, her family issue. I deeply resonate with her writing on a deeper level. She connects the invisible dot between human that are ready for the truth. A good article is like a vitamin for our depleted soul.
In this video, we are making our favorite dish! I make a very delicious Indonesian Cheese Cake with cream cheese frosting.
The Recipe :
❤ Egg Yolk : 10
❤ Egg White : 1
❤ Sugar : 100 gram
❤ Cake Flour : 70 gram
❤ Corn Starch : 10 gram
❤ Milk Powder : 10 gram
❤ Melted Butter : 100 gram
Cream Cheese Frosting :
❤ Cream Cheese : 250 gram
❤ Whipping Cream : 300 gram
❤ Icing sugar : 50 gram

簡単! ほうじ茶・バスクチーズケーキの作り方:グルテンフリーのお菓子/材料5つ
15cmの型で作る簡単バスクチーズケーキのレシピです。
秋になるとほっこりとしたおやつや香りのいいお菓子が食べたくなりますね♡
チーズケーキはほうじ茶を濃い目に煮出してからミルクティーとして加えると、ほうじ茶の香ばしい香りが引き立ちます。

▷材料(φ15cm):
ほうじ茶 15g
水 80g
生クリーム 200ml
クリームチーズ 400g
砂糖 90g
全卵 2個
▷作り方:
1.ほうじ茶と水を鍋に入れて、弱火で2分煮出す。生クリームを加えて冷ます。
2.クリームチーズに砂糖を加えて混ぜ、全卵を1個づつ加えて混ぜる。
3.①の生クリームを、茶葉を濾しながら加えて混ぜる。
4.型にクッキングシートを敷き、生地を入れて230℃に予熱したオーブンで20〜25分焼く。焼き上がりは中心がふるふると揺れるくらいが目安です。
5.粗熱を取り、冷蔵庫で一晩冷やす。

Baileys Jell-O Shots | Delish
INGREDIENTS
2 packages gelatin
1 c. hot coffee
2/3 c. Baileys
1/3 c. whiskey
Cool Whip, for garnish
2 tbsp. Chocolate shavings, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
1. In a large measuring cup or bowl, empty two packets of gelatin. Pour in hot coffee and whisk until gelatin is completely dissolved and no clumps remain. Whisk in Baileys and whiskey.
2. Pour mixture into plastic shot glasses and refrigerate until firm, 2 to 3 hours.
3. When shots are firm, top with cool whip and a sprinkle of chocolate shavings. Serve.
