2 c All-purpose flour
1/2 t Baking powder
1/4 t Salt
1/2 c Light brown sugar
1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c Salted butter, softened
1 lg Egg
1/2 c Sour cream
1 t Vanilla
1 c Semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven 300F. In med bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt with wire whisk. Set aside. Combine sugars in a lg bowl using an electric mixer set at med speed. Add butter and beat until batter is grainy. Add egg, sour cream, and vanilla, and beat at med speed until light and fluffy. Scrape bowl. Add flour mixture and blend at low speed until just combined. Do not overmix. Place chocolate chips in double boiler over hot but not boiling water. Stir constantly until melted. Or microwave, stirring every 20 sec until melted. Cool chocolate for a few minutes and pour over cookie batter. Using a wooden spoon or rubber spatula, lightly fold melted chocolate into the dough. Do not mix chocolate completely into cookie dough. Drop by rounded T's, 2" apart, onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 23-25 mins. Do not brown. Quickly transfer cookie to a cool surface.

(2:50) 280 g Mehl --- 280 g flour
1 TL Backpulver - 1 tsp baking powder
(3:15) 100 ml Milch (lauwarm) --- 100 ml milk (lukewarm)
(4:23) 2 EL Kakaopulver --- 2 tbsp cocao powder

Extra tipps

Beim Backen wenn möglich immer lauwarme oder zumindest keine gekühlten Zutaten verwenden.
Nicht vergessen, die Backform einzufetten. Ist ganz wichtig!
Backzeit gilt für Umluftherd. Ober-/Unterhitze normalerweise +20°C.
Stäbchenprobe in jedem Fall zu empfehlen.
Ungesüsstes Kakaopulver ist beim Backen erste Wahl.
Die Eigelbe sollten nacheinander eingerührt werden.
Mehl, Milch und Eiweiß mit dem Rührlöffel unterheben, kein Rührgerät verwenden.
Ein Löffel mit einem Loch in der Mitte ist zu empfehlen - wenn zur Hand.
Kann mit Schlagsahne serviert werden.

For baking I recommend to use warm ingredients/ not cooled ingredients.
Do not forget to butter the baking form. Very important!
Baking time is for a fan-forced oven. Top-bottom-heat usually +70°F.
If you are not sure: Make the chop-stick test.
Unsweetened cocao powder is the better choice for baking.
Mix in the egg yolks separately.
Flour, milk and egg white should be mixed in with a spoon. Do not use a mixer.
A spoon with a hole in the middle is a good choice for mixing.

Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup white sugar
½ cup butter, softened/vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9 inch round pan.
Step 2
Place flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, butter or margarine, eggs, vanilla, and milk into mixing bowl. Beat slowly to moisten, then beat with an electric mixer at medium speed for about 2 minutes until smooth. Reserve 3/4 cup batter; pour the remainder into pan.
Step 3
Stir cocoa into the 3/4 cup reserved batter. Drop by spoonfuls over top of white batter. Using a knife, swirl the cocoa batter into the white batter to incorporate it in a marble effect.
