How to Make the Best Gluten-free Bread | Easy Gluten-free Sandwich Bread Recipe
Learn how to make the best gluten-free bread! In this video we’re making an easy gluten-free sandwich bread recipe! It's also dairy-free! The recipe is super simple and uses basic ingredients! This bread can be sliced and enjoyed on its own, used in sandwiches and you can also freeze it. This is the fluffiest and tastiest gluten-free bread I have ever tasted and believe me I have tried many! Even my boyfriend who isn’t gluten-free loves this bread and always asks me to bake a new loaf!
Gluten-free breads in the grocery stores are quite expensive and often a bit dry! This bread is every coeliac’s and gluten intolerant’s dream! It’s so delicious and not dry at all and actually quite easy to make????
In this recipe I used all purpose gluten-free flour mix, which is basically a mix of rice flour, corn starch and potato flour☺️ Pretty much any kind of all purpose gluten-free flour mix should work well in this! If your flour mix already contains psyllium husk, you don’t need to add any psyllium to the dough. Same thing if you are using regular non gluten-free flour, no need to add psyllium, it’s only needed for gluten-free baking. The loaf pan I used was: 12 x 20 cm / 5 x 8 inch
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups warm water (360 ml)
4 1/2 teaspoons of dry yeast (11 g)
1 tablespoon psyllium husk powder (if your flours don’t already contain it)
3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons salt
2 - 2 1/2 cups all purpose gluten-free flour mix (480 - 600 ml)
2 egg whites

Gluten Free and Egg Free Bread (Complete video)
Gluten Free All Purpose Flour Basic Mix
2 1/2 cups starch (potato starch)
1 1/2 cups gluten free whole grain flour (Mix different flours for better taste.)
3 tsp xanthan gum
Mix together thoroughly. Double or triple the recipe for a large batch to store in an air tight container ready to use when needed.

Mix together thoroughly. Make a large batch to store in an air tight container ready to use when needed.
Gluten Free & Egg Free Bread Recipe
1. Whip ½ cup aquafaba and ½ tsp cream of tarter until peaks form and set aside.
2. Dry Mix—add to mixer bowl:
• 1 ½ cup starch
• 1 ½ whole grain flour
• 3 tsp xanthan gum
• 4 tsp baking powder
• 3 tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp yeast
Mix together then add in order:
• 1 ½ cups warm water
• ¼ cup vegetable oil
• 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
On low mixer speed, fold in aquafaba whip until mixed, then turn up speed and beat until mixture is the consistency of cake batter. Pour into greased 5x8” bread pan. Proof for 20-30 minutes while oven preheats to 375F. Bake about 50 min or until internal temp reaches 210F.

We're back at the grocery store...until we got kicked out! You guys wanted to see a bread review video, so we did a HUGE haul at the store to show you which breads you want to buy and avoid. It's actually pretty easy once you learn to read the labels, you can spot the bad ingredients like a sore thumb. Try to buy breads that are made with sprouted grains, as they are so good for you, especially compared to processed and refined wheat. Whole wheat and grains is where's it at, not enriched wheat, preservatives, and chemicals. Check down below for my favorite bread brands and what I look for when shopping for good quality breads. Look for breads that are:
-Made from whole grains & wheat. Whole grain meaning the bran, germ, and endosperm are used to make the bread.
-High in fiber and protein, at least 2-3 grams per slice
- Low in sugar(2 grams of less), ideally no added sugar
Look out for enriched white flour or wheat flour, this means you’re eating bread made with refined grains that have little nutrition.

Trader joes crispbread: Made with rapeseed oil. Cheap oil that is highly refined and processed.
Brownberry: Refined grains & gmo-soybean oil. It's no better than white bread
Pepperfridge farms: enriched wheat flour…gmo-soybean oil..dough conditioners.
Arnold bread: gmo-soybean oil, added soy, whey. The organic one is better.
Orowheat: gmo-soybean oil, added soy, whey.
Natural oven: gmo-soybean oil..just use a better oil people!!
