3/4 lb Boneless skinless chicken -breasts, cut into 1/4" -strips 1/2 c Chopped onion 1/2 c Green bell pepper strips 1 tb Vegetable oil 1 cn HEINZ Vegetarian Beans in -Tomato Sauce 2 tb HEINZ Horseradish Sauce 1/4 ts Salt ds Black pepper 4 Pocket pita breads (5" dia) 8 sl Tomato Leaf lettuce In skillet, saute chicken, onion and green pepper in oil until vegetables are tender-crisp and chicken is tender. Stir in beans, horseradish sauce, salt and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes to blend flavors. Cut pitas in half and tuck 1 tomato slice and lettuce into each half. Fill each with about 1/3 cup bean mixture. Makes 4 servings (about 3 cups mixture)

Thick Pita Bread for Sandwiches by Spinning Grillers- Pita Bread Oven
How to make Pita Bread-
Directions: Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup lukewarm water, add one tsp sugar, stir and let stand for 10 minutes until frothy. In a dough mixer combine the flour and salt, mix thoroughly; add the yeasty water and about 1/2 the lukewarm water; mix and gradually add more water and flour until all you have used all the water and flour. Let the dough mixer knead for 10 minutes or until dough is smooth and elastic. Put the mixture in an airtight container and let it rise for 1 hour. When the dough has nearly doubled in size, punch down, knead lightly, roll out a “rope” and pinch off handfuls to form into balls about the size of tangerines–between a ping-pong and a tennis ball.
