Easy Oat Waffles
Ingredients:
1 cup water or unsweetened nut milk
1 cup rolled oats
1 ripe banana
Directions:
Blend together in a high speed blender or food processor
Cook batter in a waffle marker until done

4 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup chia seeds
2 cups non-dairy milk
3 cups water
Mix and let soak 2-3 hours or overnight. Transfer to blender and add:
1/2 cup raw sugar (or coconut sugar, maple syrup)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 TBSP baking powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup oil (I use grapeseed)
Blend until smooth and cook batter in waffle iron on medium heat until golden, about 7-9 min.
