CRUNCHY OIL FREE GRANOLA - Vegan SOS Free!

Until now, I had never figured out how to make a tasty oil free granola that actually has a nice crunchy texture. I had just given up. This recipe is a lot like my oat clusters, no added salt, oil, or sugar. I sweetened this homemade granola with whole dates, bananas, and raisins, and I loved the final level of sweetness, not so rich like the overpriced store-bought granolas. This granola is delicious with homemade yogurt and fresh fruit!
Recipe Ratio:
1 banana, super ripe
4 deglet dates, pitted
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1+ cup of rolled oats
1/4 cup nuts and seeds (I used sliced almonds and green pepitas)
1/4 cup raisins or any dried fruit you like

Healthy and delicious chocolate granola for breakfast and snack. Sugar-free, oil-free and vegan.
Yum!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups + 1/2 cup (230g) rolled oats
- 1/3cup (30g) desiccated coconut
- 1/3cup (45g) raw hazelnuts
- 1/2cup (60g) pecans or walnuts
- 9 dates
- 2 bananas
- 4tbsp water
- 2tbsp nut butter
- 4tbsp cacao powder
- 1tsp cinnamon (optional)
