How To make Old El Paso Layered Bean Dip
2 cn Old El Paso Refried Beans
1 lb Ground beef
1 pk Old El Paso Taco Seaasoning
-Mix 3/4 c Water
1 1/2 c Shredded lettuce
2 c Shredded cheddar cheese
1 cn Old El Paso Thick 'n' Chunky
-Salsa or Picante
TOPPINGS:
Old El Paso Pickled Jalapeno -Slices Sour cream Guacamole Ripe, black olive slices Old El Paso Tortilla Chips 1. Spread refried beans on bottom of 14" serving platter.
2. Brown ground beef in skillet on medium heat, drain. Add taco
seasoning mix and water. Cook and stir on medium heat 10-15 minutes. Spread over refried beans. 3. Arrange layers of lettuce, salsa and cheese on top of meat. Garnish
with desired toppings. Serve with tortilla chips. Makes 14-16 appetizer servings.

Easy Refried Bean Dip
Easy to make refried bean dip is so delicious you won’t be able to stop eating. With simple ingredients it comes together in less than 10 minutes.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 18 minutes
Servings: 12 servings
Ingredients
16oz refried bean (canned or homemade)
4oz cream cheese (softened)
½ cup sour cream
4 teaspoon taco seasoning
¼ cup mild green chilies (drained and chopped)
¼ cup jalapenos (deseeded and chopped) – adjust quantity according to your taste preference
2 green onion, white and green part separately chopped
1 ½ cup Monterey Jack cheese, freshly grated, divided
1 ½ cup sharp cheddar cheese, freshly grated, divided
For Garnish
Fresh cilantro
Green onion
Pico De Gallo (optional)
Few Jalapeno slices
Instructions
1. Pre-heat oven at 350°F. In a bowl add refried bean, softened cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning. Using a stand mixer or a hand blender or whisk beat it together until combined. You want to have a smooth mix.
2. Add mild green chilies (drained and chopped), jalapenos (if using), white part of green onion and half of both Monterey Jack and sharp cheddar cheese.
3. Mix it all together.
4. Use any baking dish such as 8x8 inch square dish or 2qt baking dish. Grease it with cooking spray (optional).
5. Spread bean dip mix on the dish.
6. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top evenly.
7. Bake in pre heated oven at 350°F for 18 to 20 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Serve hot with tortilla chips. You can also use protein-rich refried bean dip in other Mexican dishes such as tacos, enchiladas and burritos. Also spread them on quesadilla or on top of a tostada. It’s delicious anyway you serve!

1 can (435g) Old El Paso™ Refried Beans
220g soft cream cheese
1 jar Old El Paso™ Sliced Green Jalapeños
1 Old El Paso™ Thick 'n' Chunky Mild Salsa (or Hot if you'd prefer)
150g shredded lettuce
200g cheddar cheese, grated
65g sliced olives, drained
1 medium tomato, diced
15g chopped coriander
Old El Paso™ Nachips
Instructions:
Spread the refried beans on the bottom of a glass bowl
In another medium sized mixing bowl, mix the cream cheese and half of the jalapeños together
Carefully spread this over the top of the bean mix in the glass bowl
Top with the next layers of salsa, lettuce, cheese, olives and tomatoes.
Garnish with some coriander and refrigerate until serving time
