How To make One Skillet: Life Of The Party Fajitas
1 ts Oil
2 Chicken breasts
pn Chili powder pn Cumin pn Oregano pn Salt pn Pepper 1 ts Garlic; minced
1/4 Red onion
1/2 Sweet pepper
dr Tabasco sauce 2 ts Lemon juice
2 Flour tortillas
Sour cream Salsa
GUACAMOLE:
1 Avocado
1 tb Lemon juice
1 ts Garlic; minced
ds Worcestershire sauce pn Cayenne Although this is a one-serving recipe, quantities can be increased. Do not multiply spice quantities - use your taste to get the desired flavours. Chicken breasts should be skinned and de-boned and cut into strips. The pinches of spices should be generous although taste is the guage. Guacamole :- Mash all ingredients together. Make ahead or make and let stand while preparing fajitas. 1. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add chicken to skillet and
sprinkle seasonings. Stir fry for 4 minutes until cooked and slightly golden brown. Set aside and keep warm. Save 1/2 the chicken for later in the week. 2. Slice the vegetables and add to the skillet with the garlic. Stir fry 3
minutes until tender. 3. Return half the chicken to the skillet. Combine a drop of tabasco and
lemon juice and drizzle over the chicken. Heat through. 4. Microwave tortillas on high for 1 minute. Spoon fajita mixture onto
tortilla, roll up and serve garnished with sour cream, salsa and guacamole.

Steak Fajitas Recipe
1.5 lbs of skirt steak (flap meat or flank steak)
Veggies
3 bell peppers (green, red, orange)
1/2 medium white onion
Marinade
1/4 cup olive oil
3 TBSP Woshtiser sauce
2 TBSP red wine vinegar
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tsp honey
3 garlic cloves, grated
1 TBSP dijon mustard
1 tsp ancho chile powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp cumin, ground
1/2 tsp Mexican dry oregano
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp kosher salt + salt to taste

One Pan Fajitas | Easy Family/Party Dinner
This easy to make sheet pan dinner of chicken fajitas taste great when seasoned with the Secret Fajita Spice blend I'm about to show you. It adds great flavor not only to your Fajitas, but to any dish you want to spice up; it goes great on chicken, steak, fish, even mix vegetables.
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ lbs Boneless Chicken Breast cut into 1/4 in thick slices
1 of Each Bell Pepper: Red, YellowOrange, Green Cut Batonnet
1 Red Onion Cut Batonnet
Seasoning Mix:
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1-1/2 tablespoons Paprika
¼ teaspoon chili powder
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1-½ table spoons Kosher Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
1 teaspoon Seasoning Salt
1 teaspoon of Chicken bouillon
1 teaspoon of Tomato bouillon
1 teaspoon of celery salt
Marinade:
¼ Cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
¼ Cup Vegetable Oil
Toppings:
½ cup Chopped Cilantro for topping
Shredded Cheddar, for serving
Sour Cream for serving
Lime wedges, for serving
Pico-De-Gallo
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2. Combine chicken with vegetable oil, soy sauce, and seasoning mix in a large resealable plastic bag.
3. Marinate chicken mixture in the refrigerator, 20 minutes to 24 hours.
4. Season vegetables with seasoning mix and oil.
5. Line a rimmed sheet pan with aluminum foil for easy clean up.
6. Spread chicken mixture and vegetables onto prepared pan.
7. Roast in the preheated oven, until chicken is no longer pink and bell peppers are tender, 15 to 20 minutes.
8. Sprinkle cilantro and serve with lime wedges and other toppings.
