How To make Oniony Tempeh
1 pk Tempeh
1/2 Onions; thinly sliced
1 ts Butter
1 Garlic cloves, crushed
1 Chili peppers
1/2 ts Sauce, soy
1 ts Sugar, brown
Dice tempeh and deep fry until crunchy. Fry onion in butter until limp; add garlic and chili pepper and saute briefly. Add fried tempeh and stir around. Add sweet soy sauce and brown sugar. Keep stirring the mixture. Tempeh is fermented soy beans and paste sold in "bricks." The idea is to coat the tempeh with the sugary, spicy, oniony, flavor...so you won't taste the tempeh. (G)

INGREDIENTS:
For the marination
Hello Tempayy cubes - 200 gms
Salt - ½ tsp
Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
Pepper powder - ¼ tsp
For the vindaloo masala
Dry red chilli - 4
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
Fenugreek seeds - ¼ tsp
Seeds of 1 black cardamom
Cloves - 2
Peppercorns - 4
Cinnamon - ¼ inch piece
Green Chilli - 1, chopped fine
Ginger Garlic paste - ½ tbsp
Sugar - ¼ ½ tbsp (adjust as per taste)
Vinegar - 1.5 - 2 tbsp (adjust as per taste)
Salt - as per taste
For the gravy
Ghee or oil – 1-2 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves - 5-6
Garlic - 5-6 cloves, sliced
Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
Bay leaf - 1
Salt - as per taste
Tomato - 1, finely chopped
Chilli powder - ½ tsp (adjust as per taste)
Vinegar or lemon juice - if needed, as per taste
Hot water - to adjust for gravy

Orange Glazed Tempeh I The Buddhist Chef
This might be the best tempeh recipe I've published to date. It features a simple ginger and garlic-spiked orange glaze that plays off the nutty, earthiness of pan-fried tempeh beautifully. Unlike many other tempeh recipes, there is no need for a long marinade time with this one, making it great for a last-minute weeknight meal.
Orange Glazed Tempeh
3 tbsp vegetable oil
240 g of tempeh, diced
1 tbsp chopped ginger
2 cloves of garlic, minced
3 green onions, chopped
1 cup of vegetable broth 250 ml
1/4 cup orange marmalade 60 ml
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp Sriracha sauce
Salt to taste
In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the tempeh in oil for 5 minutes.
Add ginger, garlic and green onion. Cook for 2 minutes.
Stir in vegetable broth, orange marmalade, soy sauce, Sriracha sauce.
Cook until most of the liquid is absorbed.
Add salt to taste.
Serve over basmati rice.

Easy & Healthy Tempeh Green Curry ????
TEMPE | TEMPEH GORENG KUNYIT [Stir Fry Tempeh with Turmeric] 天贝炒黄姜 - Malaysian style [Chef Dave]
This is a recipe originally known as ayam goreng kunyit which use chicken instead of tempeh, I veganized it with tempeh!
RECIPE
[INGREDIENTS]
Garlic 2 cloves
Onion 1medium
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Cooking oil 3tbsp
Salt as needed
Fried tempeh 60g
Carrot 20g
Cauliflower 20g
Long beans 20g
Baby corn 20g
Water 120ml
[METHOD]
1. Saute garlic and onion, once its golden brown add in turmeric powder and continue saute
2. Add in all the remaining vegetables and stir well, add some salt and water
3. Once the vegetables is cooked, its ready to serve.

How to make Indian Curry?
