You can also find the recipe here:
If you would rather make your own delicious frozen pizza than buy it from a store, make this super easy homemade pizza crust recipe and top with whatever you desire! This is a double batch, but you could half it or one and a half it for a triple batch! These pizzas are great for easy meal prep and freezer meals or batch cooking, and can be customized for any picky eater meal prep you need to accomplish! You can make the pizza thick or thin crust too, and use store bought pizza sauce, or home canned from your garden tomatoes! This is a cooking video and something you can maybe make with ingredients from your pantry.
Ingredients:
2 cups warm water
2 tbsp active dry yeast
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp salt
4-5 cups all purpose flour
Directions:
1. Combine warm water, yeast and sugar in a bowl and let the yeast proof (about 5 minutes)
2. Add olive oil, salt and flour (start with 4 cups) to wet ingredients and combine until mixed. Add up to 1 cup more flour to reach a sticky but well mixed dough. Cover and set aside for up to 30 minutes.
3. Separate dough into at least 2 pieces, or into as many pizzas as you want to make, and roll out onto lightly floured surface.
4. Pre-bake each crust for 5 minutes on a pizza stone if you have one
5. Top crusts as desired with sauce, cheese, meat, veggies
6. Bake in oven at 400 degrees for at least 15 minutes, checking and adjusting the time as needed until complete
7. Enjoy!
8. If you are putting in freezer, freeze solid or flash freeze on baking sheet and parchment paper, then wrap in saran wrap.

Freezer Pizza Crusts || No-Knead & So Simple!
Freezer Pizza Crust Recipe:
5lb bag of flour (save out about 1/2 c. for dusting)
2 T. salt
1 T. active dry yeast
7 cups water
Mix all ingredients (except reserved 1/2 c. of flour) together in a big bowl. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and let sit at room temperature for 8-24 hours. Dust hands and the sticky dough with reserved flour and portion dough into 12-18 lumps depending on how thick you like your pizza crusts. Place each lump into a freezer ziploc bag and roll out to desired thickness. Lay flat in the freezer and freeze until solid.
Cooking instructions: Place frozen crust on a parchment paper lined pizza pan. Top as desired and bake in a preheated 425 degree oven on a lower rack for 15-25 minutes (the thickness of your pizza crust will make it cook slower or faster). Enjoy!

EASY Pizza Rolls: Make ahead and Freezer Friendly! | The Recipe Rebel
PRINTABLE RECIPE & NUTRITION INFO:
INGREDIENTS
Easy Pizza Dough
1 ½-2 cups all purpose flour (195-260 grams) plus more for rolling
1 package instant or quick rise yeast 2 1/4 teaspoons
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
¾ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon dried oregano
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
⅔ cup warm water
2 tablespoons oil
Pizza Rolls
⅓ cup pizza sauce
¾ cup finely chopped pepperoni
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
Pizza Dough
In a medium bowl, stir together 1 cup of flour, yeast, sugar, salt, oregano and garlic.
Add water and oil and stir until combined — it will be very wet and sticky.
Gradually add just enough of the remaining flour so that a soft but not sticky dough forms. Add a small amount and knead briefly until combined so that you can feel when it is ready — it will still be soft (not feel firm or tough) but won’t stick to your hands. To knead, simply press the flour into the dough, fold the dough and press, fold and press.
Set covered in a warm, draft-free place to rise for 25-30 minutes until puffed and doubled.
Pizza Rolls
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out pizza dough into a rough 16x14 rectangle.
Spread pizza sauce on dough to within 1 of the sides, then top with pepperoni and cheese.
Roll the dough up tightly, starting at the long end. Pinch the seam to seal and place on a cutting board.
To slice even rolls, start in the middle and make a mark where half is. Then divide each half into two (so you will have 4 quarters), then each quarter into 3 rolls.
Place the rolls on a parchment lined baking sheet a few inches apart, and bake for 15-20 minutes, until light golden brown.
