1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
1-2 tablespoonslemon juice
2 tablespoons honey
1-2 tablespoons lemon zest
1-2 teaspoon Sriracha (optional)
1 teaspoon Fresh ginger or ginger paste
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined - raw)
1 cup corn starch
1/2 cup flour
Oil for Frying
2 eggs
hot sauce
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder
sesame seeds / green onion
Directions:
Begin by peeling and deveining the shrimp. Next, make your sauce by mixing all ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Taste as you go and adjust as needed. Add flour and cornstarch to a mixing bowl and season with salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder. Season shrimp with salt and pepper. Whisk 2 eggs together and add a little hot sauce. Dredge seasoned shrimp into egg wash and then into the flour mixture. Add to a plate or wire rack. Heat frying oil up to 350 degrees. Fry shrimp for 4-6 minutes or until golden brown and cooked thru. Toss in sauce and garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.

Ingredients
Servings: 4
1 lb small shrimp, peeled and deveined, see notes
1/2 cup(s) all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1/2 cup(s) whole milk
4 tsp Cajun seasoning, divided
1 1/2 cup(s) breadcrumbs
Canola or vegetable oil, for frying
Sauce, for dipping
Directions 8 Steps | 22 Minutes
Step 1
First, pat the shrimp dry with paper towels. Then place the flour in a shallow bowl. If small shrimp are unavailable, you can peel, devein and chop extra-large shrimp into bite-sized pieces.
Step 2
Then in a second shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk and 2 teaspoons of Cajun seasoning.
Step 3
Then in a third shallow bowl, whisk together the breadcrumbs and the remaining 2 teaspoons of Cajun seasoning you have.
Step 4
Next, heat the canola or vegetable oil in a heavy-bottomed pot over medium-high heat to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with paper towels. Add the shrimp to the flour and shake off the excess.
Step 5
Transfer the flour-coated shrimp to the egg mixture and coat the shrimp thoroughly.
Step 6
Let the excess egg mixture drip off the shrimp before transferring it to the seasoned breadcrumbs. Toss the shrimp to coat thoroughly.
Step 7
Fry the shrimp until golden brown. This will take about 2-4 minutes. Drain the shrimp and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 8
Serve the popcorn shrimp warm with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!

1. 1.5 LB., peeled and deveined raw medium shrimp
2. 2 tbsp shrimp seasoning
3. 3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
4. 1 cup of breadcrumbs
5. 2/4 tsp table salt
6. 2/4 tsp black pepper
Directions:
To cook fried shrimp and get the rich taste everyone is dreaming about, you should follow our easy to use recipe.
We went with fresh shrimp – you can use frozen. If you decide to go fresh make sure to take all the tails off the shrimp.
Also, you need: seasoning, created parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, whipped egg whites, salt, and black pepper.
In a medium bowl combine breadcrumbs, parmesan, seasoning, salt, and pepper together.
Dip the shrimp into egg mixture and press into the bread crumbs. Gently toss so any bread crumbs that haven't stuck can fall away.
Gently place breaded shrimp on the large baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
Repeat with the remaining shrimp and generously coat all of them.
After preheating your oven to 350 Fahrenheit degrees bake your shrimp until golden brown for 3-4 minutes until cooked through and no longer translucent.
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce, relax and lets the world hurry without you.
