The Meats used where
*8 Ounces of Ham
*12 Ounces of
**Italian Dry Salame

*8 ounces of
**Garlic & Herb Jack cheese

This is how you make the Olive Salad that goes on the sandwich
All fruits, veggies, and some spices are from Mezzetta.
Combine 1 cup of olives, I used Garlic Stuffed, 1/2 Kalamata olives (they are purple) 2 garlic cloves minced, 1/4 cup roughly chopped pickled cauliflower florets, 2 table spoons drained capers, 1 table spoon chopped celery, 1 table spoon chopped carrots, 1/2 cup pepperonicini drained, 1/4 marinated cock-tale onions, 1/2 teaspoon celery seed, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1 teaspoon dried basil, 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper, 1/4 cup red wine vinegar, 1/2 cup olive oil. 1/4 cup canola oil.
Crush olives before mixing. Mix together and transfer mixture into glass jar. Refrigerate over night.
Cut 2 (1 pound) loves Italian bread in half horizontally, hollow out some of the excess bread to make room for filling. Spread each piece of bread with equal amounts of olive salad, including oil. Layer bottom half of each loaf with 1/2 of the salami, ham, mortadella, mozzeralla, and provolone. Replace top half on each loaf and cut sandwich into quarters.
