How To make Raisin Nougat
1 c Sugar
1/4 c White corn sirup
1/4 c Water
1/2 lb Marshmallow cream
2 tb Cocoa butter
1 c Raisins
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 ts Lemon flavoring with yellow
-coloring OR 1/2 ts Raspberry flavoring with
-pink coloring Boil sugar, salt, sirup, and water to hard crack stage (285 - 290 F). Stir constantly. Remove from fire. Stir marshmallow cream in rapidly. Add cocoa butter; mix well. Add coloring, flavoring, and raisins. Pour into well-buttered pan. Spread 1/2 inch thick. Cut in squares. The Household Searchlight

Hello friends, today we are going to make eggless nougat at home. Also known as turron, it is a special Christmas delicacy in Spain. It is very easy to make candies at home this Christmas without egg and with marshmallow
Ingredients:
6-7 chopped almonds
6-7 chopped cashews
1 tablespoon butter
6-7 chopped walnuts
6-7 raisin pieces
1 teaspoon choco chips
1 cup marshmallow
Recipe:
In a pan, roast cashew and almonds
Keep cashew and almonds aside
In the same pan, add butter
Once butter heats, add marshmallow
When marshmallow gets sticky, add all the dry fruits
To this add choco chips
Spread the nougat mixture on a butter paper
Cover it with another butter paper
Refrigerate it for half an hour
After half an hour, chop it into pieces
