How To make Rotisserie Barbecued Leg Of Pork
1 Leg of pork,9-11#
1 c Brown sugar
2 T Flour
1 t Mustard,dry
1/4 c Vinegar
1/4 t Cloves,ground
1. Insert rotisserie rod through center of meat, place on rotisserie, and
cook over coals that have burned down to red and glowing ash. If using a meat thermometer, angling it so tip is in center of meat but but not resting in fat or on rod, and roast to 170'F. If you have no thermometer, roast 3-1/2 to 4 hours, depending on size of roast. 2. Combine remaining ingredients and brush on roast frequently for last 30
minutes of cooking.

Rotisserie Lamb Leg for ANZAC day weekend.
A quick video showing you how we did a rotisserie lamb leg using a new charcoal briquette product from Blackheath Firewood.
The whole cook took about 2.5 hours as well as a 1 hour rest. We served with a cauliflower/broccoli bake, baked carrots, jacket potatoes and homemade garlic bread.
The lamb had an amazing smokey flavour, which I don't usually get from rotisserie cooks - it seems that these new briquettes were the cause of that. Apparently they come from the coffee tree and are different to most briquettes that are made from sawdust. I'm no expert in coal, but the flavour was ridiculously good!

Rotisserie Pork Shoulder on a Weber Kettle
I was so happy how it turned out
so juicy and real easy to do
Give it a go
Ingredients:
1: one pork shoulder
2: salt
3: potatoes
4: cabbage
5: parsnip
To prepare
Dry the pork and salt then cover
allow to sit out on the side for
30min
Method:
Get the BBQ or oven set to a medium temperature
Place the pork on the spit then on the bbq
Between the lit coals above a drip pan with water in
Check at 45 minutes
Use an thermometer to check temp (I used a meater plus)
Take it up to 63c /145f
