How To make Salmon Spinach Party Dip
7 1/2 oz Canned Alaska salmon
10 oz Frozen chopped spinach
-thawed, thoroughly drained 1 c Plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 c Light mayonnaise
1/2 c Chopped parsley
1/2 c Chopped green onions
1/2 ts Dried basil
1/2 ts Dill weed
1/4 ts Grated lemon peel
Assorted raw vegetables Crackers Drain and flake salmon. Combine flaked salmon with remaining ingredients, except vegetables and crackers. Chill several hours to blend flavors. Serve dip with vegetables and crackers. Makes 16 servings, about 4 cups. Spinach and artichoke dip stuffed salmon
This is my wife's absolute favorite dish!! Every time I make this she enjoys like it's her first time having it! I wanted to share it with you too! The steps are very easy and it's packed full of flavor!!
Here are the ingredients:
2 4oz to 6oz salmon filets (skin on)
Olive oil
4 to 6 tablespoons of unsalted butter
¼ of fresh chopped parsley
Seafood seasoning blend (1 tablespoon of each):
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Paprika
Dill
Tarragon
Fennel seed
Herb de province
Nutmeg
½ tablespoon of cumin
Spinach artichoke dip:
2 oz chopped Spinach
2 oz chopped artichoke hearts
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 oz of Italian cheese blend
3 cloves of chopped garlic
¼ teaspoon of each:
Salt
Pepper
Nutmeg

1 lb large shrimp
8 oz crab meat (lump or claw)
10-12 oz fresh spinach
1 lemon
red pepper flakes
4 oz cream cheese
2 cups half and half
3 tbsps butter
1-2 tbsps flour
2 cups shredded parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1 tbsp better than bouillon chicken base (optional)
1/2 diced yellow onion
fresh parsley
1 tbsp garlic paste or minced garlic
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, cajun seasoning (to taste)

The Best Dip! Salmon and Crab Spinach Dip

Recipe:
1 Pound Salmon
8 oz Lump Crab
1 cup cooked spinach
Cajun Seasoning
All Purpose seasoning
Pinch of nutmeg
1 tbsp Garlic Paste
1/2 cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
1 cup gruyere cheese (shredded)
1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded) and 2 cups for topping,
3 cups heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
1 tbsp flour
Grapeseed oil
Salt
Butter
Cook spinach with butter and grapeseed oil. Add a pinch of salt and cook for 2 minutes. Drain on a paper towel.
In the same pan. Add some more grapeseed oil and drop salmon in there. Cook on both sides for 3 minutes and then break up with a wooden spoon. Season with all purpose and cajun season. Cook all the way through. Take it out, add more butter, and flour. Cook for 2 minutes, then add heavy cream and milk. Bring to a simmer, once thickens, cut the heat low and add cheeses. Once melted add spinach and salmon. Add nutmeg and any more seasoning if needed. Mix well, then add lump crab and mix. Add mixture to an oven safe dish, add more mozzarella on top and bake at 425 for 15 minutes.
While baking, slice pita round into triangles, add grapeseed oil and salt, toss and put on a baking sheet. Bake on 425 for 10 minutes.
