How To make Sharon's Lasagne
-MEAT MIXTURE: 1 lb Beef, ground
1 1/2 ts Oregano
1 ts Basil
2 cn Tomato paste
1 md Onion, chopped
-garlic salt -salt/pepper 1 cn Tomatoes, chopped
-CHEESE MIXTURE: 1 pt Cottage cheese
1 1/2 pt Ricotta cheese
4 oz Mozzarella cheese, grated
2 Eggs
1/2 c Parmesan, grated
3 tb Parsley
DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------ Cook well and drain 12oz. lasagne noodles. Brown meat. Add seasonings. Add tomatoes and paste. Simmer 30 minutes. Mix cheese mixture in separate bowl. Layer noodles then 1/2 meat mixture. Then all cheese mixture, then noodles and meat. Top with rest mozzarella. Sprinkle with more parmesan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. let stand 15 minutes before serving.

Well hello guys, it’s Sharon :)
I’m actually a whole chef, I can’t believe it. In today’s video I made the perfect warm hearty meal: lasagne with cheesy garlic bread.
Ingredients:
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- Seasonings of your choice
- Dolmino’s red lasagne sauce
- 500g beef mince
- Pasta sheets
- Garlic bread (pre-made + sliced)
- Grated mozzarella cheese
Method:

1) Chop onion and carrot into small pieces
2) Cook beef mince until brown and add seasonings
3) Add onion and carrot and allow to cook for a few minutes
4) Add red sauce to beef and vegetable mixture
5) Boil pasta sheets separately for 3 minutes until semi-cooked
6) Layer red sauce and pasta sheets in a lasagne dish
7) Top dish with cheese and cook for 30/40 minutes (until pasta is cooked)
8) Serve with garlic bread topped with cheese

How To Make Trini Chicken Lasagna | Foodie Nation
Arlene teaches Natalie how she prepares one of her favorite dishes, Chicken Lasagna.
You will need
2lbs Minced Chicken
½ cup Chive (chopped finely)
¼ cup Pimento Peppers (chopped finely)
1/3 cup Garlic (minced)
¾ cup Parsley (chopped)
3 tbsp Olive Oil
½ tbsp Dried Basil
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
8 sprigs Fine Thyme
1 box Lasagna Pasta (no boil)
4 cups Cheddar Cheese (divided)
4 cups Tomato sauce (divided)
How to
1. In a pot over medium heat, heat olive oil.
2. Once oil is heated, sauté garlic, pimento and thyme for 3-4 mins.
3. Add chicken, lemon juice, chive, parsley and basil – mix well and add salt and black pepper to taste.
4. Let cook for 5-8 mins; stirring occasionally.
5. Add 3 cups of tomato sauce and stir – let simmer over low heat for 3-5 mins.
6. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
7. Grease a baking dish.
8. Place a layer of pasta at the base of the dish.
9. Spread half of the chicken mixture evenly over the pasta.
10. Sprinkle 1 ½ cup cheese.
11. Place another layer of pasta and spread the remaining chicken mixture.
12. Sprinkle 1 ½ cup cheese.
13. Place a layer of pasta and spread the remaining tomato sauce and top with the remaining cheese.
14. Bake for 35 – 45 mins or until the top is melted and brown in color.
