7 Eggs; separated
1 1/2 c Sifted flour
3/4 c Pineapple juice
Pineapple juice; * see note 1 ts Vanilla
1 ts Pineapple flavor
1 ts Orange flavoring
Liquid sweetener to Equal 1 cup sugar 3/4 ts Salt
1 1/2 ts Baking powder
* use unsweetened pineapple juice. Mix together, egg yolks, flour, pineapple juice and flavorings, artificial sweetener and salt. Beat until stiff but not dry, the egg whites and baking powder. Gently but firmly blend the yolk mixture into the beaten egg whites mixture. Bake in a 10" tube pan at 350 for about 55 minutes invert and cool in pan. Cut into 20 slices Exchange: each slice equals 1 bread exchange -----

TODAY'S RECIPE IS Sugar Free Oil Free Tea Time Chocolate Cake | Eggless & Without Oven | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Dates 1/2 cup
Hot milk 1/2 cup
Soak for 10 mins
Banana 1 medium size
Blend until smooth
Flour 3/4 cup
Cocoa powder 1/4 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Milk 1/2 cup
7 inch pan
Grease oil
Place baking paper
Chocolate chips
Place a stand & heat the pan for 5 mins on medium flame
After 5 mins place the mould
Cook it on medium low flame for 30-40 mins
Or bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 30-40 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML

today's recipe is a simple, airy sponge cake Pan di Spagna which is an Italian Sponge Cake. It’s made with only 3 ingredients: eggs, sugar, and flour…no baking powder, no butter, no oil, and no dairy! hope you all like this video.
Ingredients for 15 cm (6 inches) pan:
3 extra eggs or 4 medium - 200g in total
Plain flour or cake flour- 90 grams ( ¾ cup + ¾ tablespoon)
Sugar - 90 grams (1/3 cup + 2 tablespoons)
**CAN BE flavored with vanilla or lemon zest.

~1/4 cup of erythritol (50G) - you can use any other sweetener of your choice, or substitute it with 2-3 tablespoons of honey -.
~1/4 cup of coconut oil (55ml) - you can substitute it with mild olive oil.
~1/2 cup of natural yogurt (140g).
zest of 1 lemon.
~1/4 cup of desiccated coconut (30g).
~2 cup of almond flour (190g).
2 teaspoons of baking powder (10g).
