TODAY'S RECIPE IS CRISPY FRIED BANANA | BANANA FRITTERS | YUMMY
INGREDIENTS:
Crispy fried banana????
Rice flour 1/2 cup
Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp
All purpose flour (maida) 2 tbsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Baking soda 1/8 tsp
Mix well
Water 1/3 cup
Thick batter
Keep aside
Banana 3 pieces
Hot oil
Fry until golden brown medium high flame
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML

How to make Banana Fritters So Crunchy, Delicious and No Oil Stuck on it | Street Food Phnom Penh
It's my first time to check out this place along the road at Phnom Penh Thmey. The lady making banana fritters a special way to make it so crunchy and delicious. The secret way is when frying, she is pouring rice flour with special ingredients onto banana so it keep frying and so crunchy and no oil stuck on banana cake. 1 banana fritter is only 1500riel (USD 0.375). I tried it, it's so crunchy, no oil stuck on it and so delicious.

Hey guys I just wanted to share this Tutorial on how to make my Banana Fritters from the Caribbean with You guys. As always the steps are very easy to follow and you really don’t need any kitchen experience to be able to pull this off. 3 overripe bananas
1/2 tsp mixed spices
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tbs vanilla extract
3 Tbs Sugar
1 cup plain flour
2 Tbs Water
1 1/2 cup oil to fry fritters

Banana Fritters. These are a lovely crispy treat, serve warm as they are or with some syrup drizzled over or a blob of ice cream! A great way to use up spare or leftover bananas too! Really quick and easy to make savoury dish. You can use ice cream toppings, fruit sauce, different ice creams. really, the possibilities are endless, so do play around with how you wish to serve and have fun eating them!

Ingredients:
1. Banana raw/ Plantain - 1
2. Red chilly powder or paprika powder - 1 tablespoon
3. Salt to taste
4. Water 3/4 Cup
5. Asafoetida - 1/2 teaspoon
6. Rice flour - 2 tablespoons
7. Vegetable Oil for shallow fry
Steps:
1. Skin the bananas. Cut it into half and then slice each halfway into 3 or more to get the thin slices.
2. Mix chilly powder/paprika powder, salt and asafoetida in a dish. This should be a flowy batter.
3. Coat banana pieces with the prepared batter.
4. Then, coat the pieces with rice flour.
5. Heat a skillet and shallow fry the coated banana pieces on both sides.
6. Serve with tomato sauce/ ketchup

Super Crispy Malaysia Pisang Goreng (Fried Banana Fritters)
Ingredients
2 under-ripe bananas
Wet batter: 1 cup flour, 1 pinch turmeric, 1 pinch salt
Dry batter: 2 cups flour, 1 pinch turmeric, 1 pinch salt
Method
1. Skin and half the bananas lengthwise
2. Mix the wet batter with water to a thick consistency
3. Sprinkle just enough water over the dry batter and work with hands to form small crumbs
4. Coat the banana with wet batter, then coat with dry batter and fry in medium heat until golden brown
