How To make Taco Pie Quiche
1/2 lb Ground beef
1/2 pk Taco seasoning mix
1/2 c Water
1/2 c Monterey jack cheese; shred
2 oz Green chilies; seeded, diced
9" prebaked pastry shell
3 Eggs
1 c Light cream
Salt to taste Preheat oven to 375~. Brown beef in skillet; drain off fat. Stir in taco seasoning mix and water, cover, and simmer (followlabel directions). Cool 10 minutes. Add cheese and chilies and mix well. Spoon into prebaked pastry shell. Combine eggs, cream, and salt; mix unti smooth. Pour over meat mixture. Bake in prehated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until custard is set and pastry is browned. Allow pie
to stand 5 minutes before serving.

Chicken Taco Pie
A perfect easy recipe for Taco Tuesday. I originally found a beef taco pie recipe on Instagram by Feliciafitnesshealth. I adapted it by subbing in shredded chicken and took out the corn. I also decreased the onion, tomato sauce and tortillas in her recipe. I added cumin as well. This taco pie is low in points and delicious. You can zhuzh it up by adding additional ingredients like black or pinto beans, green peppers or that corn … and use garnishes on top like avocado, sour cream, black olives. Just make sure you count for any added ingredients.

This super easy Quiche Recipe is so delicious and simple to make. Quiche is one of my favorites because its so versatile. It works just as well for breakfast as it does for dinner! Feel free to be creative and switch it up with your favorite cheeses, vegetables, or meats to make it perfect suit your taste!

Ingredients:
1 pie crust refrigerated
6 large eggs
3/4 cup half and half
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 cups cooked ham chopped
1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
4 tbsp scallions
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375F and place frozen pie dish into refrigerator to thaw.
2. In a large bowl, mix together eggs, half and half, salt and pepper.
3. Once the pie crust is thawed, pierce the bottom with a fork then sprinkle the ham, scallions, and 1 cup of the mozzarella and cheddar mix into the pie crust. Pour the egg mixture over the top and sprinkle the remaining cup of cheese on top.
4. Bake for 25 minutes covered then cover with aluminum foil for the remaining 10 minutes if the crust starts to brown too much.
5. Once the center is completely set, let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.

How to make Taco Quiche- Annika & Mom
Taco Quiche
Ingredients:
Pie Crust
Taco Meat Filling
Egg Mixture
3 eggs
1 1/2 to 2 cups heavy cream
A pinch of chili powder (optional)
1 cup grated cheese
Spring onions or chives (optional)
Procedure:
1. Prepare homemade pie crust or you can also buy ready to go pie crust.
2.Add the taco meat filling in the pie crust.
3. Add the egg mixture, add grated chesse and chives or spring onions.
4. Preheat the oven 180 celsius or 350F atleast 15 mins before baking. Bake the quiche for 30-40 minutes until is done.
5. Cool down for 10 mins before eating. Serve with green salad.
