????White Chocolate Macadamia Blondies Recipe 화이트초콜릿 마카다미아 블론디 만들기
/ INGREDIENTS & METHODS /
130g(9 1/2Tbsp) unsalted butter, room temp
270g(1+1/3cups) light brown sugar
3 eggs
290g(2cups + 1Tbsp) all-purpose flour
7g(1+3/4tsp) baking powder
1g(1/8tsp) salt
7g(1+1/2tsp) vanilla extract
130g(4.6oz, 3/4cup approx.) white choc chip or chopped white chocolate
60g(1/2cup) macadamia nuts
85g(3oz, 1/2cup approx.) melted white chocolate

베이킹 파우더 7g(1+3/4tsp)
소금 1g(1/8tsp)
바닐라 익스트랙 7g(1+1/2tsp)
화이트 초코칩 혹은 다진 화이트 초콜릿 130g(4.6oz, 3/4cup approx.)
마카다미아 넛 60g(1/2cup)
녹인 화이트 초콜릿85g(3oz, 1/2cup approx.)
1. Preheat the oven to 175 Degree Celsius (350 Fahrenheit). Cover the square pan with parchment paper. Chop the white chocolate finely.
2. In a bowl, put unsalted butter, and light brown sugar. Whisk until pasty-like texture.
3. Put eggs and whisk, one at a time.
4. Add sieved all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix with a spatula, until well combined.
5. Add chopped white chocolate and macadamia nuts, fold gently.
6. Transfer into the tray, even it out. In preheated to 175 Degree Celsius (350 Fahrenheit), bake 25~30min. When it’s come out of the oven, chill completely.
7. Drizzle melted white chocolate onto the chilled blondie. When chocolate is set, cut it into 9 pieces.

2. 그릇에 무염버터, 황설탕을 넣어줍니다. 페이스트와 같은 질감이 될 때까지 섞어줍니다.
3. 계란을 하나씩 넣어가며 잘 섞어줍니다.
4. 체친 중력분, 베이킹파우더, 소금과 바닐라 익스트랙을 넣어줍니다. 스패출러를 이용해 잘 섞어줍니다.
5. 다진 화이트 초콜릿과 마카다미아를 넣고 가볍게 섞어줍니다.
6. 베이킹 팬에 반죽을 옮겨준 후, 고르게 펴줍니다. 섭씨 175도 (화씨 350도)로 예열한 오븐에 25~30분간 구워줍니다. 오븐에서 나온 후 완전히 식혀줍니다.
7. 녹인 초콜릿을 식은 블론디 위에 뿌려줍니다. 초콜릿이 굳으면 9등분으로 잘라줍니다.

A blondie brownie or blondie bar is a rich, sweet dessert bar. It is made from flour, brown sugar, butter, eggs, baking powder, and vanilla, and may also contain walnuts or pecans. Chocolate blondies may contain white or dark chocolate . A blondie may have a taste reminiscent of butterscotch.
Ingredients:
Melted white Butter 35 g
White chocolate 200 g
Egg 1 ½ n
Castle sugar 45 g
Lemon rind ¼ ts
Vanilla essence ½ ts
Lemon juice 1 ts
Raisins 40 g
Almond 30 g
All purpose flour 200 g
Directions:
Take a bowl add white chocolate, melted white butter, mix it well.
Take another bowl add egg, castle sugar, lemon rind, raisins, almond, mix this and pour the chocolate mixture and mix it, add all purpose flour, mix this and pour into the paper lined baking tray and bake them at 180 c for 25 to 35 minutes, then cut them into pieces.

These blondies are so fudgy, they’re packed with white chocolate, white chocolate chips, chunks of Lotus biscuits and a swirl of melted Biscoff spread ????

All you need is:
225g white chocolate, broken into chunks
115g unsalted butter
2 large eggs
70g granulated sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
155g plain flour
1 tsp salt
100g white chocolate chips
50g Biscoff biscuits, broken into chunks
60g Biscoff spread, melted
Tin size: 8x8”
Bake 150C (fan) 20-25 mins - or until the top is lightly golden (if you over bake them, they will become cakey) ❤️
