cake:
3/4 c Sunflower oil
2/3 c Raw sugar
2 Eggs
1/2 ts Vanilla essence
250 Zucchini; peeled and grated
90 Walnuts; chopped finely
1 c Wholemeal plain flour
1 ts Bicarbonate of soda
1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
topping:
1 Smith apple, peeled; cored
Sliced finely Juice of 1 lemon 90 Walnuts
2 tb Raw sugar
I teaspoon allspice To make the cake: preheat oven to 180oC, Lightly grease and flour a 20cm ring tin. Place the oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla in a bowl and beat
on medium speed for 5 minutes. Stir in the grated zucchini and walnuts. Fold in the remaining dry ingredients and spoon the mixture into the pre- pared tin. To make the topping and cook the cake: toss the apple in the lemon juice and arrange on top of the cake mixture. Combine the wal- nuts with the sugar and allspice,, spread over the apple and bake in a preheated 180oC oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre
ot the cake comes out clean. Remove the cake from the oven and allow to cool in the tin for 5 minutes before turning out. Serve warm or cold, with or without butter. LEAVE 10 minutes
flour - 120 g (4.23 oz)
sugar - 10 g (0.35 oz)
TO LEAVEN 20 minutes
flour - 450 g (15.9 oz)
TO LEAVEN 40 minutes
TO LEAVEN 20 min, in the formwork
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/30 minutes
for the sauce:
Brie hard cheese - 100 g (3.5 oz)
cheese cream - 120 g (4.23 oz)
onion - 1 piece
green onion - 30 g (1 oz)
sweet paprika - 7 g (0.25 oz)
beer - 50 ml (⅕ cup)

Ingredients:
1) 3 eggs
2) 2 cups grated zucchini
3) 1 cup grated Apple
4) 1 cup coconut sugar ( use any sweetener)
5) 1/2 cup maple syrup
6) 1 teaspoon baking powder
7) 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
8) 2 cup whole wheat flour
9) 1 cup almond flour
10) 1/2 cup oil
11) 1 teaspoon cinnamon
12) 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
Preparation:
1) Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately and then combine them all in a mixing bowl
2) Bake at 350f for 1 hour
Note: This ratio is good for 1 whole loaf or medium loaf and 6 muffins.

This video shows the recipe of a millet cake. This cake is an eggless gluten-free cake. I have used sorghum flour also known as Jowar ka atta to make this cake. Sorghum is a type of millet that comes in many varieties. Here in this recipe, I have used white whole sorghum flour.
Many research studies have shown its benefits in controlling and managing diabetes mellitus and lowering total cholesterol.
