I hold dinner party art class every week (except took some covid breaks!) Here is a bit of what the class dinner party and the art studio set up look like. I love teaching oil painting and painting with friends. My style of art is French Impressionist, so that's what I teach. We had so much fun! I finished my first painting of this series of classes, a Eucalyptus scene with hopes that the Monarch Butterflies will come back! I hope you like the video! I show how to entertain, I serve a Teppanyaki style dinner, and do a wine tasting competition with Bright Cellars wine for the fun of it!

PAM’S WINE PAIRING
Scallops and Chardonnay are always quite a brilliant duo!The creaminess of the corn risotto begs for a matching richness with citrus notes — so a Chardonnay with bright fruit notes, lightly oaked (if at all), makes a perfect pairing indeed. A dry sparkling white would be lovely as well, anytime!
