1 Cup Peanut Butter, crunchy
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Brown Sugar -- Packed
2 Large Eggs
2 Cups Flour,All-Purpose
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
6 Ounces Chocolate Chips,semi-sweet
This recipe was a first place winner for youth category at the Del Mar county fair,1993. The two girls won ribbons in several events. Cream butter and peanut butter together; gradually add both sugars and cream until well blended. Sift together flour and soda; add to creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop from a teaspoon onto a greased baking sheet. Slightly flatten cookie dough with back of spoon. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 15 minutes. Jo Anne Merrill

No other cookie or treat beats Chocolate Chip Cookies. They're gooey on the inside but crunchy on the outside, pretty irresistible if you ask me!
Honeysuckle’s Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe (makes 8):
Melt and carefully brown 8 tbsp high-quality butter, I used Kerrygold brand
In a large bowl mix:
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt (kosher)
1/2 tsp baking soda
Then once it’s a ribbon-like consistency, add:
1 1/3 cups AP flour
1 cup large chocolate chips
Mix well, scoop into round dough balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with finishing salt if desired. Chill 10 minutes if you’d like and bake for 10-12 minutes at 350º F.
Cool and serve

white sugar: 100g
brown sugar: 110g
an egg (50g)
1tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
flour: 160g
chocolate chips: 175g
also for the oven: 170-180 degrees Celsius
edit: I made them with those measurements today and they turned out amazing, they're really delicious! I put them at 180degrees celsius for 11 minutes it was enough!

Ingredients
All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
Cinnamon 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Canned pumpkin 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Molasses 2 Tablespoon
Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Egg 1
Red food color 4 Drop
Chocolate morsels 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Cooking spray 1
Ricotta filling 1 Cup (16 tbs) (optional)
Directions
GETTING READY:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease baking sheets with cooking spray.
MAKING:
In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and whisk well.
In an electric mixer, combine pumpkin, sugar, molasses, oil, red food color, egg, vanilla extract and mix well.
Add flour mixture in batches and process until well combined.
Fold in chocolate morsels.
Place 1 ½ tablespoonfuls of mixture on baking sheet and pop into oven.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Once done, allow to cool completely.
Place ricotta filling between two cookies and cover with cling wrap (optional).
Refrigerate until serving.
SERVING:
Serve and enjoy!
