???? Šta god da odaberete nećete pogriješiti ????
Sastojci:
Ø26
- 6 jaja
- 250 g mrkve
- 250 g mljevenih badema

Rüeblitorte is a famous Swiss specialty from Aargau.
It consists of a biscuit with carrots, almonds or walnuts and is very easy to make.
It is very juicy and tasty, and to me especially because of the lemon glaze ????????
You can decorate it as you wish but the traditional decorations were pieces of carrot and now marzipan and fondant decorations are often used. Whatever you choose you will not go wrong ????

- 250 g of ground almonds
- 250 g of crystal sugar
- 80 g of flour

????????
Zutaten:
Ø26
- 6 Eier
- 250 g Karotten
- 250 g gemahlene Mandeln
- 250 g Kristallzucker
- 80 g Mehl
- 1 Packung Backpulver
- 1 Zitrone

Uzbekistan Day 6: Food and Attractions Tour of Khiva + Unforgettable Family Meal!
Khiva is another ancient city of Uzbekistan, known for its mud walled city. It’s another great city to explore for a combination of the history and food. And the food was different in Khiva than in any other city I had been to so far in Uzbekistan.
Islam Khoja Minaret - We started the day in Khiva old town, visiting some of the famous sights, and climbing to the top of a minaret. My legs are still sore!
Hotel Malika Kheivak - At a small and peaceful restaurant, we lounged on the traditional Uzbek tables and ate gumma, something similar to fried dumpling pockets.
Djuma Mosque - Known for its hypostyle hall, this is a landmark mosque and museum to visit when you’re in Khiva.
Tea House Mirza Boshi - For mid-morning snack, we headed over to a teahouse in the center of the old city to try a dish called shivit oshi, an Uzbekistan Khiva speciality of green dill noodles topped with meat stew. It was delicious.
Shivit oshi - 20,000 UZS ($2.42) per plate
Fish Restaurant - For next lunch we headed out of the city a little ways to a river and pond to eat fish. The fish was fresh and we had both a fried fish and a grilled fish, both of which were delicious.
Total price - 135,000 UZS ($16.33)
Family home cooked meal - We woke up the next day and were invited over to a local family home to cook and eat. They took hospitality to the next level, welcoming us into their home, preparing special tuhum barak (egg stuffed dumplings), and a surprise plov at the end of our meal. It was one of the most memorable and special meals of my entire trip to Uzbekistan. Thank you to this amazing family.
And that wraps up this entire Uzbekistan Food and Travel series. It was an incredible trip, full of delicious and massive portions of food, hospitable people, and immense history. Again, thank you to Bekruz and the Ministry of Tourism Uzbekistan for making this trip happen.

The Bullion Hawker Bar | Hunting Hawkers (Singapore) | Where To Eat East Coast | Cheap Eats
The Bullion Hawker Bar Restaurant Review
As the head patriarch of a family that are all massive foodies it is constantly challenging to find the next new thing to explore and eat. So, we're always hunting hawkers and new places to eat in Singapore and specifically East Coast.
Today I will share with you a new find, actually a refresh of an old find, as we explored that stretch between Katong & Siglap, that I never know what to call... I end up explaining it thus; You know that really famous prawn noodle soup place, sort of near Al Fornos. opposite the petrol station...? Yeah, well it's sort of around there...
Did those directions help?
Well, if not, just get a Grab to; 394 East Coast Road.
A superb hybrid hawker is The Bullion Hawker Bar. You can sip on freshly poured pints of lagers and stouts, enjoy a plethora of bottled beers and ciders, enjoy a G&T and even a wide variety of cocktails.
All this drinking whilst surrounded by authentic and delicious hawker fare from Hokkien Mee, Beef Kway Teow, Chinese HotPot, Satay, Carrot Cake and even Punjabi Indian food.
It's a classic and a must-try place to eat in the East Coast if you are looking for new places to eat, in my humble opinion.
