2 ea Fillets white fish, 8 oz 1/2 t Oil 1/4 c Fresh bread crumbs 1 t Grated parmesan cheese 1/8 t Garlic powder 1/8 t Lemon pepper Preheat oven to 425F. Rinse fish and pat dry. Lightly grease a small shallow baking pan with some of oil. Rub remaining oil over top of fish. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over fish.
