1/4 cup water

------- RECIPE --------
✨Ingredients✨
Dough:
4 cups (580 g) all-purpose flour
1/2 cup (100 g) granulated sugar
1 tsp (6 g) fine sea salt
1/3 cup (84 g) butter
1+1/2 cups (350 g) lukewarm whole milk
2+1/4 tsp (7 g ) instant yeast
Filling:
4 Tbsp granulated sugar
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1/3 cup (84g) soft butter
Cream Cheese Glaze:
4 oz (115g) cream cheese
3/4 (90g) cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 Tbsp (45ml) whole milk
????????Instructions
✅In a large bowl, combine warm whole milk, sugar, salt and instant yeast until everything is dissolved
✅Add in sifted flour, mixing with spatula. Add flour gradually, begin with 3 cups then add remaining flour if needed. The dough should be sticky and soft. Do not add too much flour!
✅Transfer on to a lightly floured work surface, add in soft butter and knead until the dough is smooth
✅Pop into a greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap, let rise for 60 minutes, until doubled in size.
✅Once dough is ready, mix together two sugars and cinnamon.
✅Dump dough out onto a lightly floured surface flattening it into a large rectangle, about 24x14 inches (60x35 cm), 1/4 inch thick.
✅Spread softened unsalted butter across the whole rectangle then sprinkle the cinnamon sugar evenly across the whole dough.
✅Tightly roll from the bottom all the way to the top. Slice into 2” thick segments (12 pieces). Cut in half, then in half againб then into three more parts
✅line the bottom of the pan (9x13 baking dish), place the rolls and cover with plastic wrap once filled. Let rise at room temperature for 30-45 minutes.
???? Heat oven to 350F (175 C) and Bake for about 28-30 minutes or until lightly browned on top. If your rolls are getting a bit too brown at the 20 minute mark then cover loosely with foil and continue to bake.
✅For the filling, beat together cream cheese then blend in powdered sugar until smooth. Whisk in whole milk until smooth then add in vanilla and whisk together.
✅Drizzle the glaze on top of the cinnamon rolls and serve.

SOFT CINNAMON ROLLS w/ THICCC Cream Cheese Frosting | Starbucks Cinnamon Buns Inspired | Philippines
*No Talking / Relaxing Music / Cooking Sounds*
Soft Cinnamon Rolls With Fluffy Cream Cheese Frosting
Hey lovelies~! Here's the Cinnamon Rolls recipe a lot of you requested :) I was originally going to make the one I regularly make for my mother, Cinnamon Rolls with Toasted Walnuts, but I was craving for those cinnamon buns from Starbucks so I changed the frosting my cinnamon recipe. I basically just did my cinnamon dough recipe and swapped my regular thin cream cheese frosting with that thiCCC and chonky frosting inspired by Starbucks :)) Does it taste just like the cinnamons from Starbucks? Of course not. I was just inspired by it. This isn't a secret recipe cracking video, I'm just a hungry socially awkward girl trying her best to satisfy her cravings :D I had a lot of fun with this and I hope y'all give this a try :)
How to Make Soft and Fluffy Cinnamon Rolls
Yields: 12 pcs. *or 9 pcs. for chonky and thicCC cinnamons :))
Preheated Oven: 200°C (390°F)
Bake Time: 20-30 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
*= Notes/Remarks
~Soft Cinnamon Dough~
480 g (4 cups) ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
3 g (1/2 tsp) SALT
100 g (1/2 cup) SUGAR
8 g (2 1/2 tsp) INSTANT DRY YEAST
2 large EGGS
5 ml (1 tsp) VANILLA EXTRACT
237 ml (1 cup) MILK, LUKEWARM ~ 34°-38°C (93°-100°F)
76 g (1/3 cup) UNSALTED BUTTER, SOFTENED
*cut into cubes and add it one by one. Mix it in the dough until homogeneous. If you're using a stand mixer, add your butter in low speed.
*Knead for another 5-8 minutes on medium speed if using a stand mixer or 10-12 minutes if kneading manually. If you're kneading by hand, just take note that this is a sticky dough and mixing in the butter will be quite messy. Just continue kneading and the dough will come together eventually. The 10-12 minute is meant as a guide and it isn't an accurate time for kneading because we all have different arm strengths.
*the dough should be glossy and supple. It should feel slightly sticky but not to the point where it will stick to your hands or any object.
BUTTER
*for greasing the pan
EGG WASH
*1 egg and 15 ml (1 tbsp) water whisked together
*First Rise: 30 - 90 minutes
*Proof: 45 - 60 minutes
*Rising and Proofing might take longer if the climate is cold.
~Cinnamon Filling~
113 g (1/2 cup) UNSALTED BUTTER, SOFTENED
200 g (1 cup) BROWN SUGAR
16 g (2 tbsp) CINNAMON POWDER
~Fluffy Cream Cheese Frosting~
135 g (1 1/4 cup + 1 tsp) CREAM CHEESE SOFTENED
28 g (2 tbsp) UNSALTED BUTTER, SOFTENED
30 ml (2 tbsp) MILK
5 ml (1 tsp) VANILLA EXTRACT
115 g (1 cup) CONFECTIONER'S SUGAR
*a.k.a. Powdered Sugar / Icing Sugar
1 g (1/2 tsp) CINNAMON POWDER
Enjoy!
