How To make American Style Flapjacks/Pancakes
Ingredients

flour

egg

tablespoon
butter/margarine, melted
2/3
cup
milk
1 1/2
teaspoon
baking powder
3
tablespoon
sugar
1/4
teaspoon
salt
Directions:
Sift the dry ingredients together, add the egg and mix it in until it is almost absorbed. Add the milk and mix until semi-smooth. Mix in the melted butter/margarine.
It should make about 5 pancakes 7 inches in diameter. Use less sugar if you like to use a lot of syrup.

Fluffy home made pancakes recipe
Ingredients :
- 1 1/4 cup of flour (160g de farine)
- 1 tbsp of sugar (1cs de sucre)
- 2 tsp of baking powder NOT 2 tbsp as in the video (2cc de poudre à lever)
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract (1/2cc d’extrait de vanille)
- 2 eggs (2 œufs)
- 1 cup of milk (250ml de lait)
Recipe :
Makes about 12 pancakes
- Add the flour, sugar, baking powder and vanilla extract to a bowl and whisk together
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks
- Add the milk to the egg yolks and whisk together, add the mixture to the flour and mix
- Beat the egg whites and add them to the mixture
- Add oil to a pan and pour about a tbsp of the mixture
- Return the pancakes when bubbles start to form at the surface

Recipe about 12 pancakes with a diameter of 10 cm.

Ingredients:
2 eggs
50g (1.8 oz) sugar --- 1/4 cups
50g (1.8 oz) butter --- 1/4 cups
250ml (8.5 fl oz) milk --- 1 cups
200g (7 oz) wheat flour --- 1 2/3 cups
15g (0.5 oz) baking powder --- 3 tsp
10g (2 tsp) vanilla sugar
2.5g (1/2 tsp) salt

Nuances
Milk and eggs should be at room temperature.
Eggs with sugar need to be whipped until the sugar is completely dissolved, the mass should lighten and increase in volume.
Butter should be melted in a water bath, in a microwave or in a frying pan, but the fire should be small, so that the oil does not burn.
To knead the dough can use a mixer, blender or whisk.
