2 1/2 c Flour 2 c Sugar 1/4 ts Baking powder 1 1/2 ts Baking soda 1 1/2 ts Salt 3/4 ts Cinnamon 1/2 ts Cloves 1/2 ts Allspice 1/2 c Butter 1/2 c Apple schnapps 1 1/2 c Applesauce 2 Eggs 1/2 c Nuts; chopped 1 c Raisins (optional) Cream butter, add applesuace and apple schnapps, beat well. Add dry ingredients and beat for 2 minutes. Add eggs and beat for another 2 minutes. Stir in nuts, and raisins. Grease and flour bundt pan. Bake at 350~ for 45 -50 minutes. Cool. -----
