How To make Banana Velvet Doughnuts
2 1/2 c Flour
2 1/2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Nutmeg
1/2 ts Salt
2 Egg
1/2 c Honey
1 Banana
2 tb Butter or margarine
1/2 c Sour cream
1/2 ts Vanilla
Fat for deep frying
Sift together dry ingredients. Beat eggs until light. Add honey gradually and continue beating until well mixed. Beat in mashed banana, butter, sour cream and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture. (Dough should be soft.) Chill 2 hours or longer. Roll out on floured board about 1/4-inch thick. Cut with doughnut cutter. In deep fat heated to 370 F, fry a few at a time. (Fry the holes as well as the doughnuts.) Turn doughnuts when they rise to the surface and are brown on the underside. Fry until brown on both sides. Remove from fat and drain thoroughly. Note: May form into long rolls and twist together to form crullers, cutting off every 2 inches.

BAKED CAKE MIX DONUTS
BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:
▪️ Bake in the oven at 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes, or until the donuts are a light golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

INGREDIENTS
500 ml. Milk (evap or fresh milk)
2 and 1/2 cups sugar
1 and 1/2 tsp. Salt
1 cup oil
5 tsp. Ube flavoring
2 cups all purpose flour
4 tsp. Baking powder
Chocolate coating
250 grams white or ube chocolate
Oil (2 tsp.- 1 tbsp. depends on chocolate brand)
Baking time and temp: 150°C for 12-15 minutes.

How to make assorted flavors Glazed Donuts
I made Sugar, Strawberry & Choco Glaze with assorted designs.
*Ingredients
210 ml warm milk (3/4 cup + 2 tbsp)
1 egg
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp yeast
3.5 cups bread flour (350 grams)
1 tsp salt
50 grams butter
*Sugar Glaze
1 cup powdered sugar
3 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp vanilla
*Strawberry Glaze
1 cup powdered sugar
3 tbsp milk
3 tsp strawberry flavoring
*Choco Glaze
30 grams butter
3/4 cup powdered sugar csifted)
1/2 cup cocoa powder (sifted)
6 tbsp milk(it’s 5 tbsp in the video but should be 6, sorry for the typo error)☺️
*Toppings
Sprinkles (can use also nuts, choco flakes/chips, etc.
Prep time: 2.5 hours
Cooking time: 10-15mins.
Yield: 18 pcs donuts (30 grams each, size 6cm diameter)
I shaped the donuts manually, you may used donut clutter if you have.

Red Velvet Donuts Ingredients
2 teaspoon coconut oil for pan
1 medium beet, washed & trimmed
1 ripe banana
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup almond flour
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes (optional for topping)
Red Velvet Donuts Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a donut pan with coconut oil and set aside. Cut your beet into quarters and place in a microwave safe bowl. Add a tablespoon or two of water and cover with a plate. Steam the beet for 5-7 minutes. Carefully uncover and place in a blender.
Add banana and milk and blend until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. Spoon the mixture into the donut pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Allow the donut to cool before topping with coconut flakes.
