How To make Banana Velvet Doughnuts
2 1/2 c Flour
2 1/2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Nutmeg
1/2 ts Salt
2 Egg
1/2 c Honey
1 Banana
2 tb Butter or margarine
1/2 c Sour cream
1/2 ts Vanilla
Fat for deep frying
Sift together dry ingredients. Beat eggs until light. Add honey gradually and continue beating until well mixed. Beat in mashed banana, butter, sour cream and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture. (Dough should be soft.) Chill 2 hours or longer. Roll out on floured board about 1/4-inch thick. Cut with doughnut cutter. In deep fat heated to 370 F, fry a few at a time. (Fry the holes as well as the doughnuts.) Turn doughnuts when they rise to the surface and are brown on the underside. Fry until brown on both sides. Remove from fat and drain thoroughly. Note: May form into long rolls and twist together to form crullers, cutting off every 2 inches.

Red Velvet Donuts Ingredients
2 teaspoon coconut oil for pan
1 medium beet, washed & trimmed
1 ripe banana
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup almond flour
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes (optional for topping)
Red Velvet Donuts Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a donut pan with coconut oil and set aside. Cut your beet into quarters and place in a microwave safe bowl. Add a tablespoon or two of water and cover with a plate. Steam the beet for 5-7 minutes. Carefully uncover and place in a blender.
Add banana and milk and blend until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. Spoon the mixture into the donut pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Allow the donut to cool before topping with coconut flakes.

Easiest Donuts Recipe - Delicious fluffy doughnuts - No-fail Doughnuts recipe
Ingredients
• Warm Milk 250 ml
• Sugar 2 tbsp
• Salt 1/2 tsp
• Yeast 2 tsp
• Egg 1, at room temperature
• Butter 40 grams, at room temperature
• All-purpose flour 400 grams
• Oil for frying
• Sugar for coating
Preparation
1. In a bowl, add warm milk, sugar, salt, yeast, egg and butter. Mix until well combined.
2. Add all-purpose flour and start mixing,
3. When it comes together, start kneading.
4. Knead for 7-8 minutes or until the dough is smooth.
5. NOTE: Dough should be soft. You can add more warm milk If it is hard.
6. Cover and keep at a warm place for 40 minutes or until the dough is doubled in size.
7. Take the dough out of the bowl, deflate and cut into 12 equal parts.
8. Shape them into donuts using a donut cutter or the method that I have used in the video.
9. Once all the donuts are shaped, cover and keep at a warm place for another 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
10. Heat oil in a wok at a medium to low flame. Temperature should be around 180*C. When the oil is hot, add donuts one by one and fry for 1 minute on each side. Take out from the oil and coat immediately in sugar.
11. Serve warm with tea or coffee. Enjoy!
12. NOTE: Put the leftover donuts in the refrigerator in a closed container. To enjoy same softness, take the cold donuts out and microwave for 20-25 seconds on high and serve immediately.
