Ingredient List:
Tips: Clean The Meat with lemon/limes, Kosher Salt & Cold Water.(Add Vinegar if you’d like)
Slice The Meat to ensure the seasonings absorb into the internal part of the meat.
Using Shears, Cut off any unwanted extra skin,cartlidge & fat.
Use Disposable Gloves & Clean the area with Hot Water,Lemon & Bleach afterwards.
Marinate the meat overnight for at least 1 hour using the seasonings listed below.
Ingredients:
8-10 Chicken Drumsticks (Organic & Fresh Recommended)
1 Tablespoon, Olive oil
1 Teaspoons, Onion Powder
1 Teaspoons, Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon, Smoked Mild Paprika (Color)
½ Teaspoon, Allspice Powder
½ Teaspoon, Cumin Powder
Pinch Of Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon, Sazon Tropical Seasoning(Color & Taste)
2 Teaspoons, Creole Seasoning
½ Tablespoon, Dried Parsley
Pinch Of Pepper
Slow Bake Cooking Instructions:
220 degrees - 30 Minutes
Base the chicken , bake for another 20 minutes.

This might just be the best chicken recipe i’ve made! Creamy Garlic Parm Chicken with Cheesy Potatoes all in one pan perfect for weight loss!
Macros per serving (4 total)
502 Calories | 53g Protein | 38g Carbs | 15g Fat
Ingredients (4 servings)
- 800 Cubed Chicken Breast
- 3-4 Garlic Cloves Minced
- 2 tsp Onion Powder
- 2 tsp Mixed Herbs
- 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
Crispy Potatoes
- 800g Uncooked Potatoes
- 1 tsp Salt, Garlic Powder, Mixed Herbs, Chilli Flakes, Paprika
- Optional Olive Oil or Cooking Spray
Air Fry for 18-20 mins at 200C / 400F
Oven Bake for 20-23 mins at 200C
Creamy Garlic Parm Sauce + Mix
- 120ml any milk of your choice
- 100g Light Cream Cheese (Philadelphia Lightest)
- 40g Grated Parmesan
- Extra Seasoning (Salt, Garlic, Mixed Herbs)
- 50g Shredded Mozzarella (or any low fat cheese)
- Garnish with Fresh Parsley

Important Cooking Notes
- When cooking the potatoes make sure they do not burn and get too dry. You can skip the olive oil and use cooking spray instead
- After cooking the chicken for 5-6 mins, make sure you lower the heat before adding the milk and cream cheese
- Mix the cream cheese till it melts and becomes smooth and creamy
- After adding the potatoes in, mix till combined then add cheese, cover for 4-5 mins till the cheese is melted

Oven Baked Chicken Breast
Here is a SIMPLE dinner idea for all of our chicken lovers. We paired this chicken with oven-roasted red peppers and a baked sweet potato.
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts (skinless & boneless)
1.5 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper
Parsley (optional - for garnish)
Steps:
1) Preheat oven to 425F
2) Trim excess fat from chicken breasts
3) Mix seasoning (brown sugar, paprika, dried oregano, garlic powder, and salt and pepper).
4) Pound chicken to roughly 1.5 cm of thickness. This step is crucial for even cooking.
5) Rub each breast with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning. The amount of seasoning you use is your choice. Once completed, flip the chicken and repeat the process on the other side.
6) Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and transfer chicken breasts to the baking sheet.
7) Cook the chicken for roughly 18-20 minutes (or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165F).
8) Once cooked, allow the chicken to cool. Top with chopped parsley and enjoy.

Chicken breast is always thicker on one side and thinner on the other side so if you are not using a meat tenderizer to flatten it out, one side will always be super dry and the other side will take way longer to cook. Today I’m showing you a very simple way to make juicy chicken breast if you don’t have the time but for optimal results, I highly recommend you marinate any meat you work with overnight. Marinating chicken overnight will give you the best results but if you don’t have the time I’m showing you how to make a very delicious and juicy chicken recipe regardless.
INGREDIENTS:
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts pounded into equal sized filets salt to taste
lemon pepper seasoning to taste
