RECIPES
★ Turkey marinade
2 Tablespoons minced garlic, to taste
1 Tablespoon pepper
1 Tablespoon cumin
1 Tablespoon parsley
2 Tablespoons salt, to taste
2 cups lemon juice
1 cup dry white wine
1/2 of 12 oz can of frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
Mix together
Clean turkey place in oven bag
Inject and marinade turkey
Refrigerate over night
Bake at 325 according to turkey weight
★ Stuffing - Make according to package,
replace water with chicken broth
brown saugage
★ Pumpkin Pie
Premade pie crust
1 15 oz can pumpkin puree
1 15 oz can sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Line pie dish with pie crust
Egg wash pie crust
Bake according to package
Mix all other ingredients
Pour into baked pie crust
Bake at 425 for 15 minutes
Then 350 for 40-45 minutes
Let cool all room temperature, then refrigerate
★ Cranberry Sauce
★ Slow Cooker Dinner Rolls
★ Cheesy Potatoes
2 pounds hash brown, thawed
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pint (16 oz) sour cream
Minced green chilies, to taste
Mix all together
Spread in 9x13 dish
Bake at 350 for 60 minutes, until top is golden
★ Green Bean Casserole
2 cans cream of bacon, or mushroom if you prefer
1 cup buttermilk
1 pk ranch dressing mix
1 asparagus bundle
Fresh green beans
1 cup shredded cheddar
Bacon crumble
1 can French fried onions
Clean and steam green beans and asparagus
Mix all ingredients except fried onions
Spread into 9x9 dish
Top with fried onions
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, until onions are crisp

Rich And Creamy EASY CHEESY PORK CASSEROLE | Recipes.net
The combination of cheddar cheese soup and asparagus soup in this Easy Cheesy Pork Casserole makes it filling and comforting. Add to that the melted cheese on top which adds umami and is the cherry on top of the dish. This is a delicious alternative to the classic steak and mashed potatoes!

Ingredients
4 oz pork chops, (6 oz each), boneless, thinly cut
7 oz potatoes, preferably russet, thinly sliced
5½ oz condensed asparagus soup
5½ oz condensed cheddar cheese soup
3 garlic cloves, skin-on, crushed
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded, plus more to serve
salt and ground black pepper, to taste
To Serve:
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
⬇️ How to make Easy Cheesy Pork Casserole ⬇️
0:10 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease a baking dish.
0:17 In a bowl, combine the asparagus and cheddar cheese soups together. Set aside.
0:32 Season the pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper.
0:46 In a large skillet, sear the pork chops in oil over medium-high heat for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Add in the butter and garlic, then baste the chops. After cooking, set them aside.
1:14 Line the potato slices at the bottom of the baking dish. Feel free to make a double layer if you want to add more potatoes.
1:23 Lay the seared pork chops on top of the potatoes.
1:28 Pour the soup mixture over the pork chops and try to cover them evenly.
1:33 Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes, or until the pork is evenly cooked through.
1:49 Remove the foil, then top the mixture with cheddar cheese. Bake for another 15 minutes, or until both cheese and potatoes are golden brown.
2:10 Top with chopped parsley, serve immediately and enjoy!

PICK ASPARAGUS ROADSIDE Grows WILD !! -- 5 ONAFARM Ohio
Did you know asparagus grows CRAZY GOOD in the wild all by itself? Take a walk on a nearby bike trail or country road, look VERY closely at the grasses beside the road or trail and I'll betcha you'll find Wild Asparagus growing!!
Check out the stash of wild asparagus I picked on the way home from work tonight. We have a nice little patch that grows wild beside our road! I struggle buying asparagus from the grocery stores when I know I can find it growing wild!
If you can find some asparagus growing wild, take it home and wash it very well. Trim off the woody ends. Spray an oven safe casserole dish with Pam olive oil spray. After you chop off the ends, toss with diced sweet potatoes, onion, carrots, and green bell peppers. Sprinkle with your favorite seasoning (I used Wildtree's Rancher Steak Rub) then bake for approx. 20-30 minutes in the oven.
