15 pounds crawfish
4 ears corn
15 red bliss potatoes
cut in half
4 lemons :
cut in half
10 pounds seaweed
--dipped in ocean water
Build a fire cover with sandstone rocks. Cover with seaweed. Cover with chicken wire. Cover with crawfish and potatoes. Cover with corn and lemon halves. Cover with more seaweed. If seaweed dries out during cooking pour ocean water on top.

In this video Bad Beast does a seafood boil using the Swamp Bucket
Do you ever want to boil a small batch of seafood for a few people but dread hauling out the propane tank and equipment? Or do you hate the smell in your home from boiling on the stove?
Then you need a Swamp Bucket! A 5 gallon HDPE (BPA free) food grade electric boiling bucket made for smaller batches of seafood (shrimp, blue crabs, snow crab legs, etc. with all the fixings - even turkey necks, peanuts, sausage - anything really!).
All you need to do is FIRST, add water and then plug it in! Now sit back and watch it begin to boil in about 25-35 minutes.
After finishing your boil, the lid has small holes for draining off the water. Now you can carefully unscrew the lid and pour out your seafood and ENJOY!
Clean up is just as easy. Simply allow the bucket to cool then use the water hose to rinse out. Now you can put it away to use over and over again.

Save this recipe for whenever you have leftover white rice and need to make dinner quickly under 30 minutes! Once you master this recipe, you will never do Chinese take out again, it’s that easy and delicious! Adjust all ingredients to your preference especially the sauces. Enjoy!

Ingredients I used
8 cups of cooked day old jasmine rice ( 4 cups uncooked)
1-1.5 lbs raw shrimps
1 cup julienned carrots
1 small diced yellow onion (optional)
Dark soy sauce
Regular / low-sodium soy sauce
Oyster sauce
1 Tbsp crushed garlic
1 Tbsp sesame seed oil
2 eggs scrambled
2 Tbsp butter for the eggs
Vegetable oil
Salt
Black pepper
Chili pepper flakes
3/4 cup chopped spring onions for garnish
Note: cook the rice at least a day before and refrigerate overnight. I froze mine for about 1 hour before cooking. Make sure to break any lumps in the rice before adding it to the wok ( trust me, your arms will thank me lol). Add the spring onions after you turn off the heat to avoid wilting. It’s just for garnishing and added flavor.
