A simple way to make scrumptious Burger Buns at home.
BURGER BUNS
Ingredients
4 cups refined flour + to sprinkle
4 tsps fresh yeast
4 tsps castor sugar
1 tsp salt
4 tsps milk powder
⅔ cup milk
2 tbsps butter
Oil for greasing
Milk wash as required
Black sesame seeds for sprinkling
White sesame seeds for sprinkling
Melted butter for applying
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180˚C.
2. Take yeast in a bowl, add ½ tsp castor sugar, 1 tbsp warm water and mix well. Set aside to activate
3. Sift refined flour in a electric mixing bowl with a hook attachment, add salt, milk powder and add remaining sugar. Mix well.
4. Create a well in centre add the yeast mixture. Add milk. Mix the mixture on slow speed and add little water and knead to soft dough.
5. Add butter and knead again till well combined and smooth dough if formed.
6. Sprinkle flour on worktop and knead the dough well. Shape it into a smooth roundel.
7. Grease a bowl with oil and transfer the dough. Cover with a moist muslin cloth. Set aside to prove for 20-25 minutes.
8. Take a rectangular sheet of aluminium foil on a worktop. Fold into 3 big folds, and make 4 smaller folds, fold the remaining side. Make a thin strip.
9. Wrap the aluminium strip around a cookie cutter to shape into ring and fix the 2 ends with pins to form a ring. Set aside.
10. Grease oil on worktop; place the dough and knockback. Divide the dough into equal portions of 140 grams each.
11. Take a portion on a worktop, shape into a ball, grease a baking tray with oil, place the prepared aluminium rings and place the dough balls into it.
12. Cover with a moist muslin cloth and set aside to prove for 10-15 minutes.
13. Apply milk wash on the buns. Sprinkle black and white sesame seeds on top of the buns.
14. Bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. Remove the rings after baking. Apply butter on top of buns.
15. Use when required.

Ingredients:
For Roux
Flour: 1 1/2 tbsp
Water: 6 tbsp
For Dough
Maida (Plain Flour): 2cups + 5 tbsp
Milk powder: 3 tbsp
Sugar: 3 tbsp
Salt: ½ tsp
Instant dry yeast: 2 tsp
Water (approx.) ½ cup + 2 tbsp
Butter: cubed ¼ cup
Milk and butter for wash
Method:
• In a pan heating up, add 1 and 1/2 tbsp. of maida (plain flour) along with 6 tbsp. of water. Mix it up using a whisk. Cook it on a slow flame until the starches gelatinize or until the mix starts leaving the pan. If using a thermometer, cook it until 65 degrees centigrade.
• Transfer the flour mix from the pan to a bowl and cover it well with a cling wrap and keep it aside to cool.
• For the bread dough, take about 300 gm of plain flour (maida). Next add 5 gm of salt, 20 gm of milk powder and sugar about 35 gm. Mix everything together and keep it aside.
• For making the yeast mixture, add about ½ cup of lukewarm water in a vessel along with 5 gm of sugar. Mix the sugar until it dissolves in water. Next, add 2 tsp. of instant yeast and mix it really well with the water. Place it in a warm cosy place for about 10 minutes.
• After 10 minutes, add the risen yeast mixture to the dry flour mixture. Add the roux as well. Knead well using hands until it forms a pat.
• Next, take the dough in to clean platform and knead it for 2-3 minutes. Add water if needed in between but make sure the dough should be smooth and pliable.
• After which add the butter around 30 gm. Knead the fat really well into the dough for about 7-8 minutes.
• Once the dough it ready, place it in a bowl and cover with a cling wrap and let it rise for an hour.
• After 1 hour, knock down the risen dough and take it out from the bowl into a platform and sprinkle in some flour about ½ tsp. and knead it for about a minute.
• Now, divide the ready dough into 5 or 6 portions and smooth the dough using your hands. Shape it a little oval so that it rises a little higher. Place the dough balls into a baking tray and cover it with a damp muslin cloth and let it proof for another hour.
• Give a milk wash to the risen dough balls. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top.
• Bake the buns for about 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
• Apply some melted butter to the baked burger buns and cover the burger buns with a damp cloth until they cool down.
Use your burger buns for burgers or just have it with some butter!

Bread making is a simple process.
We can make any sort of bread in five simple steps.
The taste of bread differs according to the different ingredients that we use while making a bread like milk, egg, butter etc..And the shape differs according to how we shape the bread in the third step.
Lets see how to make these wonderful Burger Bun/Hot dog bun at home.

Ingredients
130 ml Warm Milk (not hot )
1/2 Teaspoon Active dry yeast
2 cups All-purpose flour(300 gms)
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
2 Tablespoon Sugar(30 gms)
1 Egg
30 gms Butter
Instructions
1. Prepare the Bread Dough: Mix the warm milk ,sugar and yeast together, and let sit for about five minutes until the yeast get activated. Add 1 Egg into this.Combine the flour and salt into the Yeast mixture .Stir until a shaggy dough is formed.Add Butter
and Knead the Dough. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes, until the dough is smooth and elastic. Add more flour as needed to keep the dough from sticking to your hands or the work surface, but try to be sparing. It's better to use too little flour than too much. If you get tired, stop and let the dough rest for a few minutes before finishing kneading.
2.First Proofing( Let the Dough Rise for 2-3 hours)
Clean the bowl you used to mix the dough and pour little olive oil. Pop the dough in the bowl and turn it until it's coated with oil. Cover with a clean dishcloth or plastic wrap and let the dough rise until it's doubled in bulk.
At this point, you can refrigerate the dough until it is needed. You can also bake one or two breads at a time, saving the rest of the dough in the fridge. The dough will keep refrigerated for about a week.
3. Divide and Shape the Dough: Gently deflate the dough and turn it out onto a lightly floured work surface. Divide the dough and shape them according to how you want them to be.
4.Second proofing(45-60 minutes):After shaping,cover them with a kitchen towel or plastic wrap wrap until they puff up and become double in size.
5.Bake the Bread:At 400 F for 12-15 minutes ,Until they turn golden brown.
So now home made burger buns/Hotdog buns are ready:)
Additional Notes:
• Storing the Dough: Once it has risen, the bread dough can be kept refrigerated until it is needed. You can also bake one or two bread at a time, saving the rest of the dough in the fridge. The dough will keep refrigerated for about a week.

TODAY'S RECIPE IS The Best Burger Buns Recipe | Homemade Burger Buns Recipe Without Oven | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Burger bun
Sugar 3 tbsp
Yeast 2 tsp
Luke warm milk 1/2 cup
Mix well
Rest for 10 mins
Egg (you can skip it)
Separate the yolk
All purpose flour 2 cup
Salt to taste
Bread improver (optional) 1/2 tsp
Yeast mixture
Add milk if needed
Oil 3 tbsp
Knead for 10-15 mins
Smooth dough
Brush oil
Cover
Rest for 1 hours
Make 8 balls (68gm each)
Rest for 10 mins
Separated yolk
Milk 1 tsp
Mix well
Brush egg yolk
Sesame seeds
Place a stand & heat the pan for 5 mins on medium flame
After 5 mins place the tray
Cook it on medium low flame for 20-30 mins
Or bake in a preheated oven at 160c for 20-30 mins
Brush oil
Cover with a damp cloth
Let it cool down completely
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
