4 ea 10" flour tortillas 1/2 lb Lean ground beef 1 c Chopped onion 15 oz Can black beans, drained 10 oz Can tomatoes w/green chilies 2 ts Chili powder 1/4 c Chopped green onion (opt) Wrap tortillas in foil. heat in 350 deg oven for 10 minutes to soften. Meanwhile, for filling, cook ground beef and onion till meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain. Stir in black beans, undrained can tomatoes with chili peppers, and chili powder. Simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes or to desired consistency. Reserve 1/4 cup filling; set aside. Spoon 1/4 of the remaining mixture onto each tortilla just below center. Fold bottom edge of tortilla up and over filling. Fold opposite sides of tortilla in, just till they meet. Roll up from the bottom. Top with some of the reserved filling. Sprinkle with chopped green onion.

470 calories / 43g protein / 34g carbs / 18g fat
INGREDIENTS
For the chicken:
300g raw chicken breast cut into cubes 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp black pepper 1.5 tbsp dark soy sauce (Brand: Lee Kum Kee)
Spicy lemon mayo (only using 10-15g per burrito) :
20g light mayo (Brand: Hellmann’s) 10g sriracha Squeeze of lemon juice
For the burrito:
Low calorie tortilla wrap (Brand: Mission) 50g fried rice filling 80-100g chicken pieces Pickled red onions (I buy this in jars - Brand: Inspired to Cook by Sainsbury’s) 10g spicy lemon mayo Green onion
