GREEK PITA BREAD PEPPERONI PIZZA ON THE BLACKSTONE GRIDDLE | RICHARD IN THE KITCHEN
In this video I'll show y'all how to make a Greek pita pepperoni pizza on the Blackstone griddle. Greek style pita bread with your favorite pizza sauce, mozzarella and cheddar cheeses and plenty of pepperoni. Making pizza on the flattop is easy, fast and delicious.
Shopping List: Servings: 1 pizza 7 inch Greek pita bread Pizza sauce Mozzarella cheese Pepper Jack or cheddar cheese (optional) Pepperoni rounds Salt and pepper Dried basil Olive oil Red pepper flakes Grated parmesan
Directions: Pre-heat the Blackstone on medium low. Spread the olive oil on the griddle. Ladle on the sauce and top with plenty of mozzarella and other cheeses. Lightly dust with salt, pepper and dried basil with a drizzle of olive oil. Top with plenty of pepperoni all around the pizza. Place the pizzas on the griddle and cover. Cook until the cheese is thoroughly melted and the bottom is lightly crusted. Allow to rest a few minutes before slicing. Sprinkle with grated parmesan and red pepper flakes. Enjoy!
