Skinny Cheddar Dill Biscuits Recipe | Lighter Biscuits
These Skinny Cheddar Dill Biscuits have a ton of flavor, and are on the lighter side!
Ingredients:
10 oz all purpose flour (2 cups)
4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp old bay seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
6 oz extra sharp cheddar, grated
2 tbsp chopped fresh dill (or chives, or scallions)
1 cup milk (may need to add an additional 1/4 cup)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
In a food processor, pulse to combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, garlic powder, old bay seasoning, and salt. Once those ingredients are combined, add the grated cheddar and dill to the bowl and pulse 2-3 times to distribute. Dump everything out into a large mixing bowl. Pour the milk into the dry ingredients and use a spatula to toss the ingredients around. Think of this more as tossing to distribute the liquid, rather than stirring. In order to prevent our biscuits from getting tough, we want to use a light hand and only mix until the dry and wet ingredients are combined. If the dough is too dry, add 1/4 cup additional milk. All the flour should be moistened, and the dough should be sticky.
Take a cookie scoop and portion out 1/4 cup scoops of the biscuit mixture onto a baking sheet (you should have 12 scoops). Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy!

Mini pastry recipe, easy and healthy breakfast recipe. Mini pastry with dill and cheese. Mini pastry recipe at home in a short time.
Ingredients:
450 g of flour, 175 g of margarine, 2 tablespoons of yogurt, 100 ml of oil, 2 tablespoons of grape vinegar, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar, 20 g of baking powder, 2 eggs, 200 g feta cheese finely chopped dill, 1 tbsp black cumin.
Little Pastries with Dill and Cheese Recipe:
Pour margarine, oil, egg, vinegar, yogurt, baking powder, sugar, and salt into a bowl, mix well, then add the flour gradually and start kneading. After making a soft dough that does not stick to the hands, pour dill grass and knead.
Take small pieces of dough and put cheese in it and cover. place on a baking tray. Apply egg yolk and black cumin over it. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.

Dill Cheddar Garlic Bread (dairy-free + gluten-free)
Ingredients:
1 Stick Vegan Butter (113 grs) - semi-room temperature
2 1/2 tbsp Italian Salad Dressing
3 Cloves Fresh Garlic
1 Container Dynamic Dill Cheddar Vegan Cheeze
Instructions:
1. In bowl, add vegan butter, Italian dressing, garlic and vegan cheeze
2. Mix till vegan butter is in small chunks
3. Spread mix onto gluten-free bread, and bake for 10 minutes on 375F
4. Lastly, broil on high for up to 3 minutes
5. Let rest for 2 minutes before serving
