How To make Cheese Souffl? Bread
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup oil
1 egg
1 cup shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
or 1/2 cup
each 1 clove garlic :
crushed
OR:
1/4 teaspoon minced
Margarine or butter -- softened Grated Parmesan cheese Fresh cracked pepper
Put yeast in water and milk, add sugar, stir and proof 10-15 minutes. Mix 1 cup flour and salt in mixing bowl, add yeast mixture and oil. Beat on low speed until blended, about 30 seconds. Beat in egg on medium speed; continue beating 3 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Stir in remaining flour, cheese and garlic. If dough is sticky, stir in 1 to 2 tablespoons additional flour. Cover and let rise in warm place until double about 45 minutes.
Grease 1 quart casserole. Stir down dough; shape into round. Place in casserole. Brush top with margarine; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and pepper. Cover and let rise in warm place until double, about 35 minutes.
Heat oven to 375F. Bake until loaf is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped, 30 to 35 minutes. (If loaf is browning too quickly, cover loosely with aluminum foil during last 15 minutes of baking.) Immediately remove from casserole; cool on wire rack. Serve warm.
Makes 1 loaf.

Hey there friends! I'm so excited to share with you my first video. I am making Bacon & Cheese Souffle inspired by Panera Bread. These turned out AMAZING!!! Give them a try and comment below how they turned out.
Recipe
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees
-Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 1/4's (you should have 8 pieces)
-Place the squares into extra large muffin cups or ramekins (you can use liners or just spray with cooking spray
-In a bowl which together 8 eggs and add 6 slices of crumbled bacon, 2 cups of cheddar cheese, and salt & pepper to taste. Whisk
-Pour mixture evenly into the puff pastry and gently fold over the overlapping pieces. You can also brush the tops lightly with melted butter.
-Bake for 30-35 minutes or until light brown on the tops

INGREDIENTS:
●1 1/3 cups Gold Medal all-purpose flour
●1 tablespoon sugar
●1/2 teaspoon salt
●1 package regular active or fast-acting dry yeast
●1/3 cup butter or margarine
●1/4 cup water
●1/4 cup milk
●1 egg
●1 cup shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz)
●1 clove garlic, finely chopped
●Butter or margarine, softened
●Grated Parmesan cheese, if desired
●Freshly cracked pepper, if desired

This No-knead Cheese Bread is another great bread recipe I want to share with you. A perfect crusty bread, with an elastic and chewy crumb texture, packed with cheese aroma and a hint of garlic, it is simply an amazing way to welcome the cold season.

Ingredients
4 cups (500g) all purpose flour/bread flour
1 tsp (5g) salt
1/2 tsp (2g) garlic powder
1 cup (100g) cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 cups (360 ml) water
3g fresh yeast (or 1/4 tsp active dry yeast)
flour for dusting
corn flour for dusting
Extra cheese for the top, optional
1. In a large bowl mix flour with salt, garlic powder and grated cheese.
2. Dissolve the fresh yeast in 1/4 cup (60ml) water and add to the flour mixture. Add the rest of 1 1/4 cup (300ml) water and mix just until combined.
3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Let it rest for 16-18 hours at room temperature.
4. On a floured surface shape the dough into a ball using a dough scraper as the dough is really sticky to the touch. Sprinkle flour and cornmeal over a clean towel, add the dough and cover. Let the dough rise for another 2 hours.
5. Turn the oven to 470F (240C) and add a 9 inch (23cm) round cast iron pot inside without the lid. Leave it in the oven for about 30 minutes.
6. Remove the cast iron pot from the oven, turn the dough into the pan, add some grated cheese on top if desired and put the lid on. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 470F (240C) with the lid on to create steam.
7. Remove the lid and bake for another 20 minutes at 440F (230C) to let the bread get some crispy golden brown crust.
8. Let it cool completely before cutting the bread.
