NO KNEAD bread making |Artisan bread recipe | Just flour & water
No knead, effortless perfect bread making is here. Make this when you are tired of making bread with all the rules.
Ingredients:
All purpose flour - 3 cups + 2tbsps(dusting)
Salt - 1.5tsps (or to taste)
Sugar - 2 tsps
Dry yeast mix - 1/3cup (Substitute Dry yeast - 1.5tbsps)
Lukewarm water - 1.5cups
Oil - 1tbsp (to prevent the dough from drying)
Butter - 1tbsp (to butter finished bread)
Rising times: 2 hours(1st rise) + 40mins(2nd rise)
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Cover & bake for 30mins
Uncover & bake for 20mins

And like the thing is, is that like your baguette will be stale in 24 hours. Same thing with the croissants. Like there's no preservatives in anything like in general out there, like all your food spoils faster, like in your fridge, because like, yeah, it's, it's, you know, like it's fresh. There's no hormones and things or steroids.
