Keto Chili Cheese Dogs Recipe

INGREDIENTS
1 pound 85 percent lean and 15 percent ground turkey
1 teaspoon • dried Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon cayenne powder
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon dried mustard powder
1 teaspoon • ground coriander
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons dried oregano
½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
2 tablespoons paprika
1 ½ teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
1 pound 85 percent lean and 15 percent ground turkey
1 teaspoon • dried Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon cayenne powder
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon dried mustard powder
1 teaspoon • ground coriander
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons dried oregano
½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
2 tablespoons paprika
1 ½ teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
2 packets Stevia sugar
3 leaves • small bay remove after cooking
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup • mild Salas tomatoes Sauce
1 tablespoon sugar-free sugar ketchup
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
½ whole onion chopped finely
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 4 ounces • Green Chiles
1/3 cup • black coffee
1 cup • Vegetable stock or chicken stock
1 tablespoon • Coconut Amio Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon distilled vinegar
1 teaspoon • Lime juice optional
1 package of carb Tortillas
1 package (10 hot dogs) Turkey Hot Dogs
1 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
teaspoon • 1black pepper
cup • 1of mild Salas tomatoes Sauce
tablespoon • 1sugar free sugar ketchup
tablespoon • 2vegetable oil
• ½ whole onion chopped finely
cloves • 3 garlic minced
• 1 Green Chile
4 ounces
cup • 1/3of black coffee
cup • 1Vegetable stock or chicken stock
tablespoon • 1Coconut Amio Soy Sauce
tablespoon • 1distilled vinegar
teaspoon • 1Lime juice
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook chili in a large pan or pot.
Set the stove on medium-high, add the avocado oil and bay leaves.
Add the ground turkey to the pan.
Use a fork to separate the ground turkey.
Add the salt, pepper, and onions to the skillet.
add all of the seasonings to the pan. Stir constantly.
Add the garlic.
Add the vegetable broth, salsa, and coffee. Stir constantly.
Cook chili until it's thick. Add 1 teaspoon lime juice.
Cut five tortillas in half.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Add some chili sauce to the bottom of a 9 by 13 pan.
Take the hot dogs and roll them up in the tortilla.
Lay the roll-up hot dogs in the bottom of the pan.
Repeat the steps until all the hot dogs are finished.
Add 1/4 of the cheese on top of the rolled hot dogs.
Add the remaining chili to the top of the rolled hot dogs.
Add one cup of cheese to the top of the chili cheese hot dogs.
Cover the pan with aluminum foil.
Bake for 35 minutes.
Uncover the pan and bake for 10 minutes.
Serve hot. Enjoy!

How to Make Deep Dish Cheesy Chili Pizza - My Way
This is a reshoot of my Deep Dish Chili Pizza recipe with a couple of differences. I love pizza and I love chili, so why not combine the two? Check out my original 2 part Green Bastard Chili video here.
The main difference in this chili pizza from the other one, is this is a cheesy chili deep dish pizza with 4 varieties of cheese. The reason for the reshoot is, the Dickwads at Google have fucked with part 2 of the original video and muted the audio. So fuck them, and I am back with more. I will leave the original 2 part video up and if you watch both versions, you will get a very good idea of how I switch things up whenever I make any type of pizza. Pie is one of my most favorite dishes, and I make it too many ways to count.
Here is the dough recipe that I have been using as my go to recipe for the last couple of years. It is very basic and an excellent pizza dough.
1 cup very warm water - 105°F
1 1/4 TSP Quick rise yeast
2 TSP Sugar
1/2 TSP Salt
2 TBSP Vegetable Oil
3 Cups All purpose flour
Combine all ingredients and mix for 7 - 10 minutes in a stand mixer with the dough hook attachment.
If mixing and kneading by hand, 10 - 15 minutes should be your time.
After dough has been mixed and kneaded, lightly oil dough ball and place in bowl covered with plastic wrap in the fridge over night.
Remove from fridge 1 hour before rolling out dough to bring it up to room temperature.

Keto Beef Chili with Cheese Recipe
This Keto chili recipe has all the comforting vibes of a traditional chili, and with the Keto-friendly addition of cheddar cheese and sour cream it tastes a bit like a cheeseburger too! Might sound weird, but….can we get a yum!? Low-carb green bell pepper combines with a small amount of carrot (yup, totally Keto-friendly in small quantities!), ground beef, warming spices, and hearty beef broth to make a warm and cozy winter meal that can easily be made in larger batches for weeknight dinners, leftover lunches, or even packed in the freezer to plan ahead.
Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, green onions, and your favorite hot sauce to make this a real comfort food winner!

Keto Beef Chili With Cheese Recipe
Ingredients
Green Bell Pepper
Carrots, Raw
Olive Oil
Ground Beef
Salt
Black Pepper
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Paprika
Cumin, Ground
Crushed Red Pepper
Beef Broth
Sour Cream
Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
1. Prepare the green bell pepper by roughly chopping it. Chop the carrots into small, round pieces.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large soup pot on medium heat. Toss in the pepper and carrots. Put a lid on the pot and let the vegetables tenderize for about 4 minutes without burning.
3. Add in the ground beef and all the seasonings. Use a spoon to break up the beef. Cook with a lid on for 2-3 minutes, until the beef browns and liquid collects.
4. Pour in the beef broth. Return the lid once more and bring the pot to a low simmer. Allow it to simmer for at least 10 minutes, but you may go longer for softer vegetables and beef.
5. After simmering, transfer approx. 1 cup of broth to a separate bowl. Whisk in the sour cream.
6. Return the thickened liquid to the chili pot. Stir the ingredients together and allow the chili to simmer openly for about 5 minutes. The chili will still have extra liquid but will reduce slightly.
7. For serving, divide the chili into 3 bowls. Top each bowl with 2 TB of cheddar cheese. Stir in the cheese to thicken the chili even more. Enjoy!
