Peri Peri Chicken | How To Make
Learn how to make the juiciest peri peri chicken breast. This peri peri chicken has the most amazing flavour, its tangy, garlicky, spicy and extremely juicy. You will not be disappointed!

How To Make Peri Peri Sauce -
Serves 2
Ingredients -
2 - Free Range Chicken Breast
1 1/4 Cups or 250ml (1 cup for the marinade and 1/4 cup for basting)
Peri Peri Sauce -
2 tsp - Sea Salt
1 tsp - Ground Black Pepper
2 Tbs - Olive Oil
Note* - The chicken is baked for 9 minutes then removed from the oven to reapply the peri peri sauce, then placed back into the oven for 5 minutes to finish baking, resulting in 14 minutes total baking time
Note* - When adding more peri peri sauce after the chicken has come out of the oven, make sure to use fresh peri peri that hasn't been in contact with the raw chicken.

One of the absolute best pasta recipes, so flavorful, creamy, spicy and so easy to meal prep!
Macros per serving (Total 4)
463 Calories | 47g Protein | 46g Carbs | 10g Fat
Ingredients (for 4 servings)
- 700 Raw Chicken Breast (350g per breast, 125g per fillet)
- 1 tbsp Oregano
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- tsp Chilli Flakes
- tsp Salt & Pepper
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
- 225g uncooked Penne Pasta | 500g cooked weight
- 1 chopped Onion and Bell Pepper
- 100g Tomato Paste
- 200ml Skimmed Milk
- 100g Light Cream Cheese (Brand: Philadelphia Lightest)
- 100ml Pasta Water (taken from the pot you cook pasta in)
- 50-80g Nando’s Peri Peri Sauce or Marinade
- Extra Seasoning to taste(Salt, Pepper, Oregano, Chilli Flakes)
- Fresh Parsley
Distribute into 4 equal servings and ENJOY!

Important cooking notes
- Season the chicken on both sides. You can use cubed chicken breast instead
- Cook on medium low heat for 3-4 minutes each side
- When making the sauce, turn the heat down or off and add all the ingredients. Then turn it back on low heat and use a whisk to stir gently till thick and creamy. You don’t want the sauce to split

Makes - 3 Cups
Ingredients -
400g - Red Bell Peppers, Roughly Chopped
6 - Birds Eye Chillies, Roughly Chopped (Seeds Included)
4 - Long Red Chillies, Roughly Chopped (Seeds Included)
1 - Spanish Onion (Red Onion), Peeled and Roughly Chopped
5 Cloves - Garlic, Peeled and Roughly Chopped
Zest of half a Lemon
Juice of half a Lemon
1/4 Cup (60ml) - Red Wine Vinegar
1 1/2 tsp (4g) - Smoked Paprika
1 1/2 tsp (3g) - Dried Oregano
2 tsp - Sea Salt
1 tsp - Ground Black Pepper
2 - Bay Leaves
For when the sauce is cooked -
1/4 Cup (60ml) - Red Wine Vinegar
Zest of half a Lemon
Juice of half a Lemon
1/2 Cup (120ml) - Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 weeks

One of the tastiest burgers I’ve made, packed with layers of flavour with incredible macros. You can still enjoy the foods you love and make progress!
Macros per burger
441 calories - 43g protein | 29g carbs | 17g fat
Ingredients (for 2 Burgers)
for the chicken:
• 400g Boneless Skinless Raw Chicken Thighs (Approx. 100g per thigh)
• 1 tsp Garlic Powder
• 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
• 1 tsp Cumin
• 1 tsp Onion Powder
• 1 tsp Salt & Pepper
• 80g Nando’s Peri Peri Quick Marinade (You can find these at most supermarkets)
• 1/2 Lemon Juice
For the Perinaise:
• 40g Light Mayo - 20g per burger (Brand: Hellmann’s)
• 15g Sriracha
• Pinch of Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Paprika, Salt & Pepper
For the Burger:
• 2x Brioche Burger Buns (Brand: Aldi - 159 cal per bun)
• 10g Perinaise per bun piece
• Lettuce Leaf
• 2 Tomato Slices
• 2 pieces of thigh
• 15g-20g Light Cheese Slice (Emental)
• 10g Pickled Red Onions (Brand: Sainsbury's)
