How To make Chili Tostados
8 ea Tortillas (corn or flour but
1 x Cooking oil or shortening
2 c Cowboy chili or canned refri
1 c Texas red or original san an
1 x Shredded lettuce
1 ea Recipe of guacamole
1 x Chopped tomatoes
Fat grams per serving: Approx. Cook Time: 40 M Heat 1/2 inch oil or shortening in frypan, then fry tortillas until crisp. Spread 1/4 cup heated Cowpoke Chili or refried beans on each; top with 2 tablespoons heated Texas Red or Original San Antone Chili. Top with shredded lettuce. Spoon on 1/4 cup guacamole and sprinkle with chopped tomatoes.* Makes four servings. I thought it would be super cool to pop them on a homemade tostada and then serve it up with a really tasty chili garlic mayonnaise, and then top off with cucumbers, pineapple, avocados, sliced radishes and micro greens! This thing is GOOOOOOOOD!

Ingredients
For the Tuna:
1 ½ pounds of sashimi grade tuna
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 teaspoon of finely grated fresh ginger
1/3 cup of thinly sliced green onions
For the Mayonnaise:
1 cup of mayonnaise
¼ cup of chili-garlic paste
For the Vegetables:
1 seeded and medium diced cucumber
1 cup of medium diced pineapple
3 thinly sliced radishes
1 peeled seeded and medium diced avocado
micro greens for garnish
8 fried corn tortilla shells
Instructions
1. Tuna: Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix until combine and refrigerate until ready to use. Eat within 12 hours of making this.
2. Mayonnaise: Whisk together both ingredients in a bowl until combined and chill until ready to use.
3. To Plate: Place the tuna on a fried corn tortilla shell and top off with diced cucumber, pineapple, avocado, sliced radish, chili-garlic mayonnaise, and micro greens.
4. Serve!
Hormel Chili Navajo Tostadas | Price Chopper How-To
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon canola oil
4 raw frozen dinner rolls, thawed in the refrigerator
2 cups canola oil
1 can (15 ounces) Hormel Chili with beans
Directions:
1. Add 1 tablespoon canola oil to a bowl.
2. Add 4 raw frozen dinner rolls, thawed in the refrigerator. Cover bowl and let stand for 30 minutes.
3. Heat 2 cups (1 T. reserved canola oil over medium heat for 20 minutes or until temperature reaches 350F
4. Add 1 can (15 ounces) Hormel Chili with Beans into a pan. Heat over medium heat for 5 minutes or until heated through.
5. Beat and roll frozen dinner roll, dust with flour if necessary to prevent sticking.
6. In pan with 2 cups of heated canola oil, fry for 2 minutes or until golden brown.
7. Evenly top the fried dinner rolls with Hormel Chili with Beans, 2 cups romaine lettuce, 1 cup cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup of salsa, 1/2 cup of sour cream, & 1/2 cup of tomatoes.

2 lb lean pork loin boneless roast
1 tsp salt, kosher :

1 tsp onion powder :
1/2 tsp garlic powder :

1 lb tomatoes, ripe
1/4 medium white onion
