undrained, cut up 1 8 oz. can tomato sauce 1 tablespoon chili powder 1 teaspoon salt 1 can {15 1/2 oz.} kidney beans -- undrained 1 7 oz. pkg. uncooked spaghetti Cook and stir ground beef and onions in large skillet until meat is brown and onions are tender. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, salt, and beans with liquid. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cook uncovered about 10 minutes or until of desired consistency. Cook spaghetti as directed on package. Drain. Turn spaghetti onto large platter and top with hot chili mixture.

Air Fryer Spaghetti Squash & Meat Sauce Ninja Speedi
Air Fryer Spaghetti Squash is so easy to make and is a great low carb option. Add some meat sauce on top of it, yummm! If you air fryer doesn’t have saute function, you can make the sauce on stovetop.

Meat chopper/Masher:
Air Fryer Spaghetti Squash & Meat Sauce
Ingredients: Spaghetti Squash – 1 small (1.78 lb) Onion – chopped (1 small – about 1 cup) Ground Beef – 1 lb Marinara Sauce – 1 Jar Black Pepper – 1/2 tsp or as needed + to sprinkle on squash Salt – 1/2 tsp or as needed + to sprinkle on squash Garlic Powder – 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes – as needed (optional) Parmesan Cheese – as needed Chopped parsley – as needed Oil – 1 Tbsp for squash and 1 Tbsp for sauce (optional)
Instructions: 1. Preheat Air Fryer at 375 degrees F for 5 minutes 2. Wash and dry the outside of the squash and cut it in half lengthwise 3. Remove all the seeds and brush inside and sides with oil 4. Season with salt and black pepper 5. Place the squash in the air fryer 6. Air fry at 375 degrees F for 18-20 minutes. Squash in this video was air fried for 18 minutes 7. Remove squash from air fryer when cooking time completes 8. Next step can be done in air fryer with sear/sauté function, if not, it can be done on stovetop 9. Add oil to the inner pot (optional – depending on how much fat the beef has) 10. Add ground beef and chopped onion and sauté until beef is all browned 11. Add sauce, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, red pepper flakes (optional) and mix well 12. Heat the sauce through for few minutes 13. Once cool enough to touch, run a fork along the strands of the squash to separate and make it look like noodles 14. Serve the meat sauce on top with some parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
