How To make Cod Casserole Au Gratin
1 Pkg. white sauce mix
(1 3/4 oz.)
1 Lb. small red skin potatoes
1 Block frozen cod fillets :
(16 oz.) unthawed
1 Pkg. frozen broccoli spears -- (10 oz.) thawed
1/4 C. dry seasoned bread crumbs
Prepare white sauce as package directs. Cut unpeeled red potatoes in 1/4-inch thick rounds. (If using other potatoes, peel first.) Oil 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish; arrange potato slices on bottom, put still frozen fish in center. Spoon all but 1/4 cup white sauce over. Cover dish with foil; bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Discard foil. Arrange broccoli spears around fish, spoon reserved white sauce over. Sprinkle bread crumbs over all. Bake for 10 minutes or until fish is opaque in center. Makes 4 servings.

The Very Best Potatoes Au Gratin Recipe
Thinly sliced potatoes are combined with butter, cream and tons of cheese before being baked to a bubbly, golden perfection. Simple to prepare and fantastic for entertaining.

INGREDIENTS
3 ounces Butter
1 garlic clove minced
4 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
2 cups low-fat milk
2 cups shredded white cheddar
5 cups thinly sliced yukon gold potatoes
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°.
In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in the garlic and cook 1 minute. Whisk in the cornstarch, salt and pepper until smooth.
Gradually add the milk and bring to a boil. Cook the sauce stirring constantly until thickened, approximately 2-3 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in 1 1/2 cups of the cheese until melted. Stir in the potatoes.
Transfer to a 2 quart baking dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 30-45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the sauce is golden brown and bubbling.
Remove from the oven and allow to stand 5-10 minutes before serving.

Method:
Step 1: To boil the vegetables.
1. Pour enough water in a saucepan and bring it to a boil.
2. Add salt and the vegetables (potato, carrot, beands, green peas, cauliflower) that has been chopped into equal size.
3. After the 10 mins the vegetables are cooked.
4. Strain them and keep it aside.
Step 2: To make white sauce
5. To butter to a pan and let is melt.
6. Now add, salt, Italian seasoning, freshly crushed pepper, and chilli flakes. Mix them.
7. Add the maida now and whisk it.
8. After a min, add the milk and continue whisking.
9. Add cheese slices and let is melt. Whisk it thoroughly so that there are no lumps.
10. Creamy sauce is ready.
Step 3: To make Au gratin
11. Transfer the cooled vegetables to a bowl.
12. Add the cooked sweet corn and cheese sauce and mix well.
13. Grate some mozzarella cheese in a plate. Add Italian seasoning and chilli flakes.
14. Fill individual ramekins with the vegetables and top it with the grated cheese.
15. Pre-heat the over for 10 mins at 200C.
16. Keep the ramekins in the over and bake it for 10 mins at 200C.
17. Gooey cheesy Au gratin is ready to be served.

This recipe is just amazing! INGREDIENTS
• 4 potatoes
• 450g shrimp (boiled)
• 450g shrimp (raw)
• 1 diced onions
• 2 tsp chopped garlic
• 4 tsp butter
• 4 tsp flour
• 3 cups mozzarella
• 1 cup cream
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 30g shrimp and crab boil sauce
• salt
• pepper
• green onions
METHOD
Chop potatoes. Boil potatoes for 5 minutes. Melt the butter.
Add onions and garlic. Add flour and mix. Pour in milk. Stir until the sauce thickens. Add 1 cup of cheese and mix until the cheese has melted.
Throw crayfish and raw shrimp along with liquid crab sauce, onion powder, salt, pepper.
Pour into a saucepan and put a small amount of cheese sauce on the bottom. Then add half the potatoes.
Then evenly distribute half of the seafood, sprinkle with cheese and pour over the sauce.
Repeat these layers again, ending with cheese sauce. Sprinkle with cheese.
Cover with baking paper and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake. Garnish with green onions.
