Sweet Corn Dip Recipe.
15 oz (425g) Sweet Corn Kernels (1 Can)
1.3 oz (37g) Green Onions
0.3 oz (8.5g) Cilantro
2.4 oz (68g) Monterey Jack Cheese
2.4 oz (68g) Cheddar Cheese
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Jalapeño
1 Garlic Clove
1 Tbsp Onion Flakes
Salt, Black Pepper, Ground Red Pepper
Preparations:
1- Seed and dice the jalapeño.

With a cheese and corn dip like this, you will want to have this with every possible food.
CORN AND CHEESE DIP
Ingredients
1 cup boiled sweet corn kernels
1 cup grated mixed cheese + for sprinkling
½ cup grated mozzarella cheese + for sprinkling
1½ tbsps butter
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
1½ tbsps refined flour (maida)
2 cups milk
½ cup chopped spring onion greens + for sprinkling
½ tsp dried mixed herbs
½ tsp red chilli flakes
Salt to taste
Nachos to serve
Method
1. Preheat the oven at 180℃.
2. Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and mix well. Cook till golden brown. Add refined flour and mix well. Cook till fragrant.
3. Add milk, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes.
4. Add mixed cheese, mozzarella cheese, sweet corn kernels, spring onion greens, and mix well. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
5. Add dried mixed herbs, red chilli flakes and salt and mix well. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
6. Transfer the mixture into a small oven proof baking dish. Sprinkle mixed cheese, mozzarella cheese, and spring onion greens. Place it in the preheated oven for 6-8 minutes or till the cheese melts.
7. Serve hot with nachos.
