How to Make Classic Meatloaf That Will Please Any Man - The Hillbilly Kitchen This is the ultimate meatloaf. It is made with basic ingredients and there are only a few simple steps. Meatloaf is perfect for any dinner and is relatively inexpensive to make. Meatloaf freezes well and the leftovers make great sandwiches, so make extra.
Make this Father’s Day Dinner one that Dad won’t soon forget. Make him a big classic Meatloaf, creamy mashed potatoes, his favorite vegetables and some fresh rolls.
The notion of a woman pleasing her husband has become unpopular and politically incorrect. When I was little, I was told the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach. If you cook a man a good meal you will have his heart. If you have a man’s heart, you have the man.
Put God First!

#247 | Easy Peasy StoveTop Meatloaf | Freezer Meal
Hi Friends! I am sharing with you one of my favorite easy, cheat, meatloaf recipes that is on the back of the Chicken StoveTop Mix box. Over the years I have tweaked it ever so slightly. Recipe below. As always, thank you for watching ????
Original StoveTop recipe:
My Version: This makes one 1lb meatloaf for now and one 1lb meatloaf for the freezer.
Ingredients:
2 lbs of ground beef (or Turkey)
1 box of Kraft StoveTop Stuffing Mix (I use chicken flavor)
1 cup of milk
2 eggs
1/4 cup of ketchup
Glaze:
1/4 cup of Brown Sugar
1/4 cup of Ketchup
2 Tablespoons of Yellow Mustard
Directions:
1 - Heat the oven to 375F. Line a small pan with aluminum foil, sprayed with cooking spray, and a second small pan lined with parchment or wax paper.
2 - In a large bowl, add stuffing mix, milk, eggs, and ketchup. Mix and let sit for 5 minutes. Add the ground beef and mix until just combined.
3 - Shape half of the mixture onto the aluminum foil pan, and the other half of the mixture on the parchment/wax paper pan.
4 - Freeze the raw meatloaf on the parchment/wax paper pan in the freezer for about an hour or until firm. Wrap in the parchment/wax paper as best you can and place in a gallon freezer bag. Freeze for up to 3 months.
5 - To make the glaze mix all the ingredients in a small bowl and slater all over the meatloaf with the back of a spoon.
6 - Bake the meatloaf on the aluminum foil pan for about 35 minutes or until the internal temperature is 160F. Allow to cool slightly, and slice into four servings.
To make from Frozen.
1 - Thaw meatloaf overnight in the freezer.
2 - Make the glaze, and top meatloaf.
3 - Bake at 375F for 35 minutes, or until internal temperature is 160F. Allow to cool slightly and slice into four servings.
