The first time I enjoyed this crispy and moist fried Plantain was a trip to Barbados. This recipe featured on my cookery show ‘Ndudu by Fafa’ on ABNTV where I used Cornflakes. Enjoy an alternative way (in my opinion) the best way to enjoy fried Plantain.

Goose's Greatest Eats: Cornbread!
It's Bills game day, so we prepare a delicious cornbread to eat at half-time! My co-chef Blatz is up to some sneaky shenanigans though...
Ingredients:
1 Cup Flour
1 Cup Cornmeal
2/3 Cup Sugar
1 Tsp Salt
3 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Egg
1 Cup Milk
1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
4 Small Jalapeño Peppers, diced (optional)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Lightly spray baking pan
3. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cornmeal, and mix.
4. In another bowl, combine egg, oil, and milk and beat
5. Combine both bowls and mix well
6. Add peppers if desired
7. Pour into baking dish
8. Bake 20-30 minutes depending on how thick you pour it and cornbread is done in the middle.
