How To make Crab Rangoon 2
1 pk (8oz) cream cheese
1 cn (6oz) crab meat, drained and
-flaked 2 green onions CRAB RANGOON including tops, thinly sliced 1 clove garlic, minced 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp lite soy sauce 1 pkg (48 count) won ton skins vegetable spray coating In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except won ton skins and spray coating; mix until well blended. (To prevent won ton skins from drying out, prepare one or two rangoon at a time.) Place 1 tsp filling in center of each won ton skin. Pull bottom corners down and overlap slightly; moisten one corner and press to Lightly spray baking sheet with vegetable coating. Arrange rangoon on sheet and lightly spray to coat. Bake in 425 degree oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot with sweet-sour sauce or mustard sauce. Makes 48 appetizers.

These deep-fried crab and cream cheese won-tons with garlic and scallions are the perfect snack for any occasion! Pair these with a cold beer of your choice and you have yourself a party!

This recipe will make between 12-16 rangoons depending on the size of your won-ton wrappers.
Here is what you will need for this recipe:
For the crab rangoons:
1. Wonton wrappers, 12-16 sheets. Can be found in any grocery store.
2. Canned crab, rinsed and dried: 4 oz
3. Cream cheese, plain: 4 oz
4. Scallions, finely chopped: green parts of 2-3 sprigs
5. Garlic, minced: 1 clove
6. Fish Sauce: 1 tsp
7. Soy sauce: 1 tsp
8. Oil, to deep fry: about 500 ml
For the dipping sauce:
1. Sriracha: 1 Tbsp
2. Sweet N' Sour Sauce: 2 tbsp
3. Rice vinegar or white vinegar: 1.5 tbsp
4. Brown sugar: 1.5 tspn

1 egg, beaten
salt and ground black pepper to season
oil, for deep-frying

⬇️ How to make Copycat P.F. Chang's Crab Rangoon ⬇️
0:09 Pour the oil into a large pot and heat it to 350 degrees F. Prepare a basket lined with paper towels.
0:13 In a medium bowl, combine the crab meat, cream cheese, garlic, and Worcestershire. Season this mix with salt and pepper.
0:55 Spoon one teaspoon of the crab mixture onto the center of each wonton. Brush the sides with beaten egg, then fold up and seal them.
1:19 Transfer the wontons into the hot oil and fry them for 1 to 2 minutes until they become golden brown.
1:31 Place these onto your basket to allow the oil to drip off.
1:36 Serve it warm with sweet chili sauce, and enjoy!

Crab Rangoon
– A creamy imitation crab and cream cheese filling in a crispy wonton is a perfect party appetizer ! They are easy, fun to make and always the most hit!
Ingredients:
- Wonton wrapper : 1 pack
- Imitation crab : 8 oz
- Cream cheese : 8 oz
- Salt : 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper : 1 teaspoon
- Oil : enough for deep fry
Instructions :
- Cut imitation crab meat into thin slices and place into a bowl, add cream cheese, salt and pepper then mix well together.
- Place filling in the center of the wonton wrapper, fold up 2 opposite corners to meet in the center, press to seal. Fold up 2 corners from both sides to meet in the center, try to keep the edges lined up evenly. Make sure to seal all the edges carefully.
- Heat enough amount of oil in a pan to 350F . Fry the Rangoon several pieces at a time until golden and crispy.
These Rangoons are just great on their own but you can have them with any dipping sauces that you like. To me, I love them with sweet chili sauce. A mixture of siriacha and honey.
